It just doesn't have enough give if your pillow falls off. Eventually it will feel way to hard under your head. I've used it mainly when sitting up in my bed or if my heartburn starts to kick in too much. It's just "ok" for my personal liking.

Probably nothing wrong with the product. I bought it to see if it would help my gastric reflux. I slid down, sideways, was miserable on it, so I tossed it on the floor and went to sleep. Now it decorates my closit. If I get desperate, I may give it another try.
