I ordered this memory foam for my dog. I was going to order just a doggie bed but they cost so much and were not big or comfortable enough. I also ordered two jean material bed covers. The two together worked out great. The bed is so comfortable that my husband likes to lay on it with the dog and watch TV. He says he's jealous because the dog's bed is more comfortable than his bed. It works great under my camper mattress. Instead of an inner srping this fits the bill.I\I did not like sleeping on it.
