This product seems to work well. I take 2 capsules a half hour before bed and fall asleep quickly. I stay sleeping longer and wake up refreshed. There do not seem to be any side effects. I've only been using it a few weeks, but all seems well. Purchased it at General Nutrition, the more expensive sleep aids at that store seem to be similar formulas with some melatonin added.
