I ordered this while working overseas on night shits. That meant sleeping during the day and having to go outside to go to a bathroom which really disturbed my sleep cycle. This was a life saver. I was finally able get to sleep, stay asleep and wake up alert and feeling rested. I've tried other brands and dosages of Melatonin and this is by far the best AND the best price. My only complaint is that it couldn't be shipped directly to an APO address. I would recomend this to anyone.
