Furlesse Rows Anti-Aging Patches for Forehead Wrinkles

Furlesse Rows Anti-Aging Patches for Forehead WrinklesI LOVE this product!!! I don't know how I lived without these, but I am glad I found them now :) I have been worried about fine lines on my forehead and started using these every night. When I wake up I see a HUGE difference...my forehead is smooth! They stay in place all night too, not matter how much I move (which is a lot) or sweat. I just turned 30 this year so this has been a helpful tool in the prevention of lines on my forehead and I also have a concern for my "elevens" (lines between eyebrows) but luckily they have a patch for that too :) I faithfully apply this at night as part of my routine and wake up happy and ready to apply makeup...line free!

Thank you Furlesse!

I saw these advertised in a magazine so I thought I'd try them. They were "ok". Didn't stick all that well. In morning was peeling off.

I prefer "Frownies" brand. They are old fashioned and not very attractive, BUT they adhere much better and are half the price for 144 patches.

Every night I combine the ROWS + ELEVENS and I can't believe how my fine lines are completely smoothed out in the morning!! My forehead's texture has improved significantly. Furlesse works. When I found out they came out with the ROWS I was thrilled to start using them in addition to the other products. The best part about these patches is that they are affordable, you can travel easily with them and they are a natural way to diminish fine lines. You will not be disappointed with this product and I highly recommend giving them a try. I have tried a lot of fancy creams and Furlesse works the best!

My husband loves them, too!

I have 3 fine lines on my forehead since I was 17. I tried the product and I could not believe after one night all the lines were gone. BUT the lines do come back during the course of the day. I have been using the patches for a month and the visibility of my wrinkles is decreased by almost 80% at least. I am about to buy it again but I wanted to make a review before purchasing :)

Sominex single dose maximum strength caplets - 16 ea

Sominex single dose maximum strength caplets - 16 eaSominex is actually the brand name form of the generic drug "Diphenhydramine", which happens to be an antihistamine which has as a major side-effect that of sleepiness. Diphenhydramine is the same ingredient in Benadryl.

The major side effect of diphenhydramine is sedation/drowsiness. It will definitely make you tired and sleepy. Sominex uses this side effect as an advantage, and markets this as a sleeping pill. It will help you fall asleep faster and generally acts all night long. In fact, many people report a "hangover" morning effect from taking diphenhydramine the night before.

Diphenhydramine has troubling side-effects that bear mentioning. First, is should not be used in those with narrow-angle glaucoma, or anyone with stomach problems, such as continual stomach upset or ulcers of the stomach. Second, diphenhydramine can cause retention of urine, especially in those that have an enlarged prostate. Anyone with prostate problems should avoid diphenhydramine like the plaque. Don't take diphenhydramine with any other depressants, as the effects are additive. The same holds true for alcohol; don't take both at the same time.

The usual adult dosage is 25-50 mg, an hour before sleep. This product has a 50 mg dose tablet. Do not take two tablets! Use the lowest effective dose to treat your sleeplessness. Pregnant women should avoid any antihistamines, as the medication has been known to cause birth defects.

Since Sominex is a brand-name product, it is more expensive than the generic form of diphenhydramine. Before purchasing Sominex, check out the cost comparisons with diphenhydramine!

S-550-05 Sound Therapy System

Sound Oasis S-550-05 Sound Therapy SystemOverall, I recommend this product. Just a few complaints....

Normally I am hypersensitive to noise and prefer "peace and quiet." But, at night I prefer sleeping with the fan on to drown out other noises, the television in the other room, etc. Unfortunately, this is not possible in the winter, so I purchased the Sound Oasis S-550-05 Sound Therapy System. It arrived in good time, well-packaged, and with all components in place. But, what struck me first, was that it appears smaller and more cheaply made than in the pictures, and has a small plastic cheaply made stand that could easily be lost or broken, so I use the unit laying down on its' back on my headboard.

The Buttons: The on/off/volume and timer buttons are easy to operate for the most part, but the sound buttons must be pushed firmly to change sounds and this tends to be difficult to do with one hand in your sleep without moving the whole unit. (Just a little pet-peeve of mine for this unit).

The Sounds: There are six built-in sounds; Ocean Surf, Stream, Rain, White Noise, Summer Night and Wind. The Ocean Surf is okay and probably would be the choice for most people. The Stream and The Rain are harsh. Rather than being like a babbling brook or gentle rain falling against the roof or window, they should be labeled "Niagara Falls," and "Downpour."

I bought the machine primarily for the "White Noise," sound, but the white noise as well seems too harsh and irritating.

And, the "WIND????" Well, that's downright obnoxious.

Surprisingly, I use the sound that would most likely be annoying to all other human beings on the planet and that is, "Summer Night." Basically it is the sound of crickets chirping repeatedly, and believe it or not, I find it so relaxing that I've had the best two nights sleep that I've had in a very long time. (Hence the four stars in spite of all my complaints!)

Sound Cards: There is the option to use additional sound cards on this machine which is another reason I purchased it. I have not tried this yet, or figured out how to do so, which would require reading the instructions, but I do plan to in the future and hopefully will be able to find other sounds not quite as harsh or obnoxious.

So, do I recommend it? Yes! Just be aware of some of the downfalls I have pointed out and if you are looking for a decent sound quality in a lightweight, fairly easy to use machine, then this is the one!

I'll start off with I have really sensitive hearing. I bought one of these sound machines when another cheaper mechanical one I had started making a noise not intended. Do not buy mechanical ones if you have sensitive hearing, they get off kilter and start becoming irritating, like the little spinner gets loosened. So I got one of these, best investment I have made so far. As for the sounds: The wind noise is horrible... kinda freaky too if you wake up in the middle of the night to that, but you can kinda tell it sounds like burlap carpeting on a spinning wheel or something. The Rain and Streams sounds are not bad, BUT you can not have them too loud or they lose their identity and just become annoying. The Ocean Surf is okay, but it is not a continual sound, so if you want to try to drown out something like snoring, or dogs barking, it is not ideal. The summer night is nice, you wouldn't think of crickets being relaxing but they have enough frequency to not be annoying. I use the white noise (waterfall) as it is better to drown out the snoring neighbor in the apartment next to mine, but not completely unfortunately.. Not enough bass though (as silly as it sounds) to drown out the bass of someone snoring though or other 'deep' or low tone sounds. If I did not have to deal with that it is a great machine and be loud enough to drown out the sound from barking dogs outside. Another reason why I got it was for early mornings when people take their dogs out at 6am and let them bark their idiot heads off.

I have not tried to use this with Batteries yet (never really travel) so I am not sure if the complaints people are making are because the batteries die out quickly (which may be why the have the timer built in). So I would say if you have this powered with batteries, use the timer and ensure when you go somewhere the batteries are fresh, or recharged.

A note about the expansion cards.. you would be best to go to the sound oasis website to get the cards, as certain cards only work in certain devices and the amazon sellers do not always know, or tell, which card they have for what model. So instead of buying the wrong card, get your model number (it is on the instructions) and go to the site.

Also, No product is perfect.. anything mass produced will have the chance to have an issue with a unit or two. Do not throw out the warranty card like some less intelligent people have done. Just take five minutes, fill it out, and send it in, it was included for possibilities like this. Finally, Keep the box and shipping material in case you need to return it as it appears some have difficulties with these.

My first Sound Oasis purchased from QVC--wonderful and lasted for almost 15 years. i used it 4-5 times a year on vacatlions, etc. Battery life was at least 9 hours a night four or 5 nights in a row.

Finally the knobs just fell off. Purchased a new one a few months back. Worked fine first vacation--white noise great. Wind sound is atrocious. Just got back from second vacation. First night

okay. Second night--kept going on and off; then machine gun sound and couldn't get it to work. Next night tried new batteries--worked okay. Next night continued with previous batteries--conked

out in less than 2 hours. Conclusion I need new batteries every night. Cannot use ac adapter because I use this system camping. This is not the same quality unit. I will search for another system.

This product looks great, it's thin, sleek, and well designed. Unfortunately how it looks counts for absolutely nothing as this is an AUDIO product. First off the speaker in the back is of the cheapest manufacture. It's the same kind of speaker you may find in a plush toy or other cheap electronic device. Because the speaker wire itself is unshielded and unbalanced, if the unit is too close to an alarm clock, lamp, or anything else you may have on your nightstand, you'll get a nice high frequency buzzing from the device. On the plus side it doesn't matter that much that the speaker is awful since the sound effects are the worst kind of looped stock samples. The 'rain' sounds like a faucet, 'ocean surf' sounds like it was recorded 40 years ago, and 'wind' sounds like something from an old monster movie. The only thing this device does well is 'white noise', so congrats Sound Oasis you made static. Not only are these effects bad, but they have no dynamics at all. Every effect is at most 4 seconds in length and is then just looped, so after a short while you can start to hear when the effect starts and stops almost like a skipping record. The volume is a big issue on this product as well. The volume knob goes from 0 to freight train in the smallest of turns. So if you want to listen to bad looped effects, on the world's cheapest speaker, at ear splitting levels while you sleep, then this is the product for you!

I already have this product purchased it over two years ago. I bought this one for my cousin. The only problem was her adapter did not work but the company was very nice and they have sent her a new one. Mine has been on airplanes in suitcases and on our motorcycle. I do not sleep without this machine. I tried out others and the sounds were so artificial. This one is a keeper and worth the money.

Marpac TSC 330 Travel Sound Conditioner

Marpac TSC 330 Travel Sound ConditionerI travel a lot, and used to often have trouble in my hotel room. First, I'm used to the sound of my house (the a/c, my wife, baby monitor hum, etc). Second, hotel A/C kicking on and off can be loud, people in the hall are loud, city noises, etc. Most white noise generators that make nature sounds fail miserably for a few reasons. First, they use cheap tinny speakers with too much treble. You can easily pinpoint the source of the sounds and it gets annoying. Second (and most important), they use 6 second clips of nature (1 ocean wave, a few raindrops), and then loop it over and over. When you wish to focus on the white noise to sleep, you WILL hear the loop and it WILL drive you crazy. I can tell it's the same ocean wave over and over... I can hear the spot where the loop starts over.

The Marsona white noise generator is different. First, the speaker is really quite good. Nice base quality, and it really fills the room with sound in a non-directional way (I can't tell exactly where it's coming from). Second, the eletronics actually synthesize the rain/surf sound dynamically, as opposed to using a recording. This means no obvious loop point, and each wave sounds slightly different enough to prevent distraction. I couldn't believe I was spending more than $50 for a white noise generator when you can buy boxes that make dozens of different sounds for far less. However, how many sounds do you need other than the one that makes you fall asleep (and stay asleep)? This box produces 1 sound, with a pitch control and a treble/bass control (calling it rain, waterfall, surf--all depends on these controls), and it works tremendously. I cannot recommend it enough. I imagine their larger units must even be better, but for travel, this is great.

It might sound crazy to shell out $70 for a machine that's only purpose is to emulate a softly whooshing vacuum cleaner. But once you get one of these you'll never want to sleep without it again!

I used to run a HEPA air filter in my bedroom all night (hey, I figure I might as well breathe clean air for 1/3 of my life, right?) Eventually you get so used to the sound of a running fan that you need it every time you sleep. Besides, my apartment bedroom faced the parking lot, so there was always a lot of noise from people driving in and out and slamming car doors, etc. I'm a very light sleeper, so the HEPA filter helped me get to sleep by masking those sounds.

Whenever I'd travel I'd always turn the room fan on "high" before hitting the sack. In hotels where I couldn't manually turn on the fan, I'd toss and turn all night, distracted by the sound of silence (as contradictory as that sounds).

When I moved in with my wife, her bedroom was too small for my HEPA air filter. So I found the Marsona TSC-330 on Amazon and decided it was worth a try (and a lot less expensive than buying HEPA filters). All I can say is, WOW, I wish I'd bought one of these years ago! The bedroom in our house faces the street, so again I have to deal with traffic noises and cars going by at all hours. The Marsona masks those sounds and enables us to get to sleep and stay asleep.

My wife and I now take this little gizmo with us everywhere we go when we know we'll be staying overnight. We even bought the optional battery pack, in case we go camping or are staying somewhere without an outlet.

My wife calls it the "sleep machine", and when my mother told me that my dad was having trouble sleeping, I told her about the Marsona. She bought one, and now they use it every night too!

PROS

No moving parts to break (sounds are created digitally).

Imitates various sounds like "rain", "waterfall", and "surf". Really though, all you're doing is changing the pitch (high or low), volume (loud or soft) and whether or not the sound comes and goes (which mimics ocean surf).

Really helps you get to sleep (and stay asleep)!

Also helps babies and dogs sleep.

CONS

Might take some people a few weeks until their brain gets accustomed to the sound. But it's well worth the wait!

The controls are on the bottom, which is not convenient but also not too big of a deal because you generally just set it the way you want it and leave it that way every night.

On/Off switch is located in the back, rather than on the top where it would be more easily accessible.

The battery pack is a separate unit, and somewhat bulky. They should modify the device to run off of a 9-volt battery or something. We almost never have a need for the battery pack, though, so it's a minor point.

Calling this a "travel" device is a bit of a stretch, IMHO. It's about the size of a thick paperback novel (think John Grisham). It also has one of those bulky AC adapters with the power brick on the end. It fits fine in a standard suitcase, but if you're REALLY traveling light (like with only a small overnight bag) then it does take up a bit more room than you'll probably like.

Buy Marpac TSC 330 Travel Sound Conditioner Now

I was torn between buying the Marsona TSC-330 or the Marpac 980 Sound Screen. I wound up buying both so I could decide for myself. Both are a big step up from the other looping recorded track systems out there. The TSC-330 has a fairly natural sound but not quite as nice as the real fan sound of the Marpac 980 (the 980 uses a real fan to make the noise).

Bottom line: If you don't need this for travel I would go with the Marpac 980 for it's more natural sound and lower price. If you are looking for a travel unit and don't mind paying a slight premium, the Marsona TSC-330 sound is good enough and less bulky to throw in a suitcase.

My shopping criteria were:

1) A simple white noise machine to mask tinnitus and extraneous noises (snoring dogs, fighting cats, etc)

2) Decent sound quality, without annoying repetitions/transitions

3) Compact, unobtrusive, and convenient

I purchased the Marsona TSC-330 because lower priced machines seem to have problems with sound quality. In addition, many claim an array of special sound effects which are often reported to be ineffective, and which violate the KISS principle. Simple is good.

I am satisfied with the sonic output of the Marsona, and use it every night. It does the job. However, it is not without its annoyances, and in today's electronics marketplace, it is outrageously overpriced for its functionality (for example, consider that you can buy a DVD player with a full-function remote for half this price).

The on/off switch is extremely flimsy and stiff. It is a three-position sliding switch, with the off position in the center. Sliding it to one extreme turns on the constant white noise, and at the other extreme, it activates the variable white noise (a crude wave sound). The switch is recessed into a tight nook located at the bottom rear of the unit, the least accessible location imaginable (unless they placed it inside the cabinet, requiring a screwdriver to access). It is sometimes necessary to pick the unit up and turn it around to operate the switch, which has a tendency to overshoot the central "off" position no matter how carefully it is maneuvered. A real nuisance for the most-used control.

The two remaining controls, volume and tone, are sliders located under the side wings of the unit. I set them once and don't mess with them, but again, their location and orientation are poor you need to flip the unit upside down to see which is which.

I am rating the product 3 stars, though 2.5 is more realistic. To earn 5 stars, especially in view of its price, the Marsona should:

1) Mount the controls in an accessible location.

2) Use a decent quality power switch.

3) Provide a simple on/off remote control. Instructions recommend that the unit be placed on the opposite side of the room for maximum effectiveness. A bedside remote would be helpful.

4) Enable battery power so that the unit is truly travel-friendly.

I am confident that these improvements could be made while preserving the manufacturer's high profit margin, and would result in a product that not only helped me sleep better at home or on the road but also made me feel that some thought went into its (usability) design.

Well I don't think you give a feather about my family situation and all that garbage people bore you with...so, the bottom line:

Pros: It does not produce annoying recorded repetition of sound (known as a loop). It makes a very pleasing, constant "whoooshhhhhhhh" sound. You cannot hear any repetitive cuts, like you do with 95% or the cheaper noise makers. It sounds like waterfall or heavy distant rain. You can adjust the tone and the volume.

It is small enough to pack in suitcase, even a small overnight suitcse. It is pretty light. It feels sturdy. Not like a toy, but like a solid piece of serious workmanship.

For all the people who say these kind of noise makers "just aren't loud enough" for your sleeping baby. Either get rid of your baby or buy the friging ocean! You can't have EVERYTHING!

And for all you penny pinchers, the reason it cost alot is because the people who make it ARE SERIOUS and decided to make something of quality that WORKS LIKE YOU'D WANT IT TO WORK. They did not cut corners and hope to fool you with unrealistic advertising b.s. Go buy some rinky dink 25 dollar gizmo and complain about it later if you want. Or buy this one and be happy!

I've gone through alot of noise makers. The only one better is the Marpac 980, because it uses real wind like a fan, but it's too big and heavy for travel.

Stick with me kid, you'll go far.

Ecotones Sound + Sleep Machine, Model ASM1002

Ecotones Sound + Sleep Machine, Model ASM1002The good news is I live in a rent-stabilized apartment in NYC. The bad news is I live in a rent-stabilized apartment in NYC where I am besieged by every kind of noise.

The worst offenders: a large clanking steam radiator; upstairs neighbors clomping around in hard-sole shoes on a bare hard-wood floor; construction noises next door and down the block; plus the usual assortment of horn honks and blaring sirens from vehicles on the avenue two doors over.

For some years, I have used the Marsonic travel white noise machine (around $80), which was the best unit I auditioned at Hammacher-Schlemmer at the time. It offered excellent sound and admirable volume, especially for such a small device, plus two sounds, waterfall and ocean, with a tone control.

But I was interested when I heard about Adaptive Sound's first machine, the one that sells for $300. Unfortunately that price busts my budget, so I was delighted to discover that their new machine, the Duet (now known as the Sound + Sleep), sells for one-third the price.

What is their exclusive adaptive technology? Well, it is NOT a phase-inversion technology, as used in noise-cancelling headphones. In other words, the machine doesn't make intrusive sounds disappear. What it DOES do is pump up the white noise volume almost instantaneously to mask intrusive sounds, a surprisingly effective technique.

The S+S still couldn't hide the clanking radiator -at least in waterfall mode -but I will try again tonight with "Meditation" mode -a steady midrange drone that a yoga class would appreciate. The S+S did, however, make the footfalls upstairs disappear, as well as the construction and street noises. That beats the Marsonic by a mile!

Otherwise the unit is very well designed and built, with excellent sound provided by a separate woofer and tweeter mounted on top. A microphone in the front panel listens for room sound and makes immediate adjustments. I tested this by dropping an earplug case on the counter by the machine, and it responded instantly with a roar of white noise.

The sounds provided are of excellent quality. Unlike lesser units, which typically use a recording that keeps repeating and soon proves annoying, these recordings -the manufacturer calls them "sound stories" -go on for thirty minutes before repeating.

You can spice these aural environments up with "richness" -random sounds that give the "sound stories" more authenticity, like birds chirping by the brook or sitar shrieks and percussion effects in meditation mode. Fortunately, you can also turn them off for when you're sleeping.

I like the selection of sounds provided. They have been well chosen for their restfulness -I found the brook putting me to sleep as I was sitting at my desk yesterday afternoon -and the variety allows you to find a "sound story" with frequencies appropriate to the most intrusive noises in your environment.

The one sound that amused me was "city" -that's the environment from which I'm trying to escape! Maybe if you're a refugee from the city living in the country, however, you would appreciate this one! Otherwise, I enjoy the meadow, the brook, the crackling fireplace, the train, waterfall, ocean -and meditation. There also is a plain vanilla white noise setting, which I imagine psychotherapists will use in their waiting rooms.

The machine also includes an output that lets you play the sounds through your stereo. It occurred to me that Ecotones could make a less expensive unit that dispenses with its own amplifier and speakers and just plays through your stereo. However, the sound quality of the S+S and the fact that it uses less electricity than my big rig justify a self-contained machine on my nightstand.

So if you need help sleeping or concentrating in a noisy environment, you should audition the S+S. IMO it is the most effective (and cost-effective) white noise machine now on the market.

UPDATE: ah, I tried the brook setting last night instead of waterfall, and -I didn't hear a thing during the night. NO clanking radiator, NO footfalls upstairs, NO construction noises next doors. I slept like a babe. The moral of the story is: try different sound settings to see which ones mask the intrusive noises in your environment.

The S+S could soon become the city dweller's best friend, surpassing even small dogs and local pizza vendors...

UPDATE NUMBER TWO: the S+S is missing one useful feature: visual or aural confirmation of the volume setting. Because it uses "higher" and "lower" buttons to raise or lower the volume, you can't even tell by the position of a knob where the volume is set.

Because the sound stories seem to play back at different volumes relative to one another, you might want to crank up the volume for one and then turn it back down for another. When you return to your favorite sound story for sleeping, for example, you may not have the volume setting that you know from experience you need.

The solution would be a numeric readout or aural confirmation, like a female voice saying, "Level Five" when you adjust the volume.

At any rate, the S+S is still a fine white noise machine, and I hope Ecotone incorporates volume confirmation into future models.

UPDATE NUMBER THREE: the S+S has just met and overcome its toughest challenge. They're building a 10-story residential building right next to mine, and the ear-splitting cacophony starting at seven in the morning is truly enough to wake the dead. Pounding, hammering, sawing, and swearing... two by fours and metal beams and pipes dropping... I don't know if this construction crew is trying to get their revenge on what they mistakenly perceive as the one percent here in Manhattan, but they're certainly giving it their all.

The S+S couldn't meet the challenge in a standalone mode, but I plugged it into my stereo, cranked up the volume of the bubbling brook until it sounded like Noah's flood and drifted back to sleep.

The adaptive technology reacted instantaneously to every hammer blow and buzz saw. All I hear is a loud whoosh of water, along with crickets and birds chirping.

If it weren't for this wonderful white noise machine, I fear to think what acts of civil disobedience I might have committed to cope with the bedlam next-door.

Again I can't recommend the Sound and Sleep highly enough to anyone under even the most extreme sonic assault!

For a long time, my husband wanted to get a white noise machine to help block out the street noise from our busy city block as well as mask my, um, penchant for loud snoring (he doesn't hear his own; what can I say?). He finally got around to researching machines and settled on this one, even though it was substantially more expensive than its competition here on Amazon. Well, it works, and it works well, for its intended purpose. We tried the various sounds (rainfall; nature; etc.) but found that the actual "white noise" setting works best. We like the fact that you can set the volume control and the pitch to achieve a soothing sound. The response feature -where a microphone picks up ambient sounds like coughing and snoring and adjusts the volume accordingly -actually works nicely. Good product that has contributed to better sleeping conditions for both of us.

I bought an Ecotones Duet to help me sleep. I had read about Ecotones in a New York Times article, but only recently found that it was carried on Amazon.

I occasionally have trouble getting to sleep and sleeping pills leave me groggy in the morning. My Duet does the trick. For the last several nights, I have fallen asleep in 20 minutes or so. Of course since there are no drugs, there are no more groggy mornings.

The sounds that help me sleep the most are the evening meadow and the babbling brook. The ocean is also nice, but I haven't tried it yet at night. The noise masking feature works well although that is not why I bought the unit.

Last year I tried the Brookstone machine, but the sounds quality was so horrible that I turned it off after 10 minutes or so. Duet creates an absolutely believable naturescape. I like it.

I started using sound machines to aid in sleeping several years ago when I developed tinnitus in both ears. The tinnitus made it very difficult to sleep, but I found that outside noise masked the ringing in my ears, making it easier to fall asleep. My first sound machine was a box fan on the floor. I'm cold-natured, and the fan was a problem in the winter. Not to mention my dog considered it his mortal enemy, and hated that fan. I ditched the fan, and bought my first real 'sound machine'.

I've had several cheap sound machines over the years, none of which met my expectations. Unlike the others, my Ecotones machine has no obvious short 'loop' recording that repeats every 30 seconds, with a 'burp' at the beginning of each new loop. The sound is smooth, natural, continuous, and without the hiccups that drove me crazy in the recordings of the other machines I've used.

I can't say I have a favorite sound story they're all good. The feature I find most interesting is the 'richness' setting. Playing around with this on the rainfall sound story: using no richness setting the rainfall sound is plain and simple; each additional richness setting adds new, different sounds to the plain and simple soundtrack a feature allowing the user to customize their sound stories.

I doubt you'll find better customer service than Ecotones. They were very quick to respond to inquires I made both prior to, and after, purchasing this product. Corporate complaint departments would be obsolete if companies ran as efficiently as Ecotones appears to. After using my sound machine for 2 weeks, I can honestly say it's everything I hoped it would be, and more.

This product is well worth every penny I spent on it. I highly recommend it.

I actually bought this machine primarily for use as a daytime sound-masking device. The low-frequency thumps from a nearby basketball court were driving me crazy when my kitchen window was open, so I put this device on my windowsill, selected the Ocean sound at a fairly low volume in adaptive mode, and much to my surprise, it's worked. I can't hear the basketball sounds any more, and the sound of the ocean waves, while not 100% realistic, is definitely more tolerable than the basketball court noises.

The machine's Adaptive Sound Technology hears outside noises and gently raises the volume to mask these sounds. This not only keeps the unwanted noises at bay, but it also allows you to keep the selected sound sample at a reasonably low level.

There is also a 'Richness' button, which adds complexity to the sounds. So for the ocean noise, it adds an occasional seagull; for the train, a whistle, etc.

I also tried this out as a sleeping-device, using its White Noise setting. While it was somewhat effective in helping me sleep and stay asleep, I still think that for sleeping white noise, the good ol' analog Marpac still can't be beat. Though it does work nicely in conjunction with the Marpac.

The digital sounds are sampled in 18 bit rather than the traditional 16 bit rate of CDs. I can tell the difference. The sounds are richer and more textured.

Overall, this is a great machine and way above the sound quality and capabilities of its digital competitors. My complaints are minor, and hopefully some of these issues will be addressed in a future version:

1. Volume Control: I would prefer a dial control rather than a push-button. I like to be able to change the volume in different settings, but since it's a push button, it's hard to tell at what level the volume is currently set. And what also makes it even more tricky is that in Adaptive mode, turning the volume down actually turns the volume down initially, because the machine interprets a button press as an unwanted sound.

2. Microphone Control: The microphone is built-in. This makes the device easy to use, but it would be nice to be able to use an external microphone in order to have more control of the source of the undesirable noise. For example, when the Ecotones is in my kitchen it not only adjusts its volume for the basketball court noise, but it also raises its volume for normal household kitchen noises that I'd rather not mask, such as a telephone ringing, or a conversation.

3. More Bass: The sound quality is pretty good--the best I've heard from any digital machine, but I think it would make a better sleeping machine if it could hit the lower frequencies.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the "City" setting is pretty funny. I did try it out, and it does not sound like a realistic urban setting--no car alarms, firetrucks, or iron grates being pulled open at 5:00 a.m. It sounds more like the Long Island Expressway than the Lower East Side.

eyeSlices Soothing Cooling Reusable Eye Gel Pads

eyeSlices Soothing Cooling Reusable Eye Gel PadsRecommend going to the eye slices website to get more info on this product. The site states the product is reusable only up to 10 times and it will dehydrate over time w/out the ability to rehydrate. It also says you have to use the product w/in 2 weeks of opening. I'm sure the product is good, but this is important info to know prior to purchase. Now that I know all the limitations....I will NOT be buying this product.

At first I was doubting about this item until I used it.

I work all day long looking at the monitor and my eyes get very red, dry and tired. I gave the eye slices a try and surprisingly it was amazing how soothing my eyes felt with the gels as soon as I lay them on my eyes.

They really work, but you have to used them within two weeks since they will dry after opening. I am ok with this since I do not like to leave any product open and laying around for too long, specially if they are for my eyes.

I found out that they are used in high end Spa specially in Vegas. That is great that now available online.

Highly recommend =)

I tried Travacor and had a bad reaction. Could not sleep at all, felt heart racing. My homeopath doctor tested me later for the individual ingredients in Travacor and I am allergic to L Theanine which is in Travaor. The Travacor label does not indicate how much Theanine, Taurine or 5 HTP is in the formula. I am probably unusual that I am allergic to L Theanine which is in green tea.

I gave the product one star to due the label not providing amounts for the the three indicated items. Though they are listed. And the fact that I had the bad reaction just so people can be aware of side effects.

First of all, you HAVE to have your neurotransmitters tested and the testing company has to recommend you take Travacor. You can't just randomly take a product that will affect your neurotransmitters without knowing which ones are too high, too low, or normal. My levels of serotonin, PEA and epinephrin were too low, and my glycine was way too high. My symptoms were: For the past 4 months, and getting worse as time went by, I couldn't fall asleep or stay asleep, my heart was palping, and pulse was always high. When I first took this product (one capsule), an hour before bed, as recommended, I had hot flashes about 1 and 1/2 hours later. This caused me to panic, and of course, I couldn't sleep. I didn't take Travacor again for a week, and my sleep got worse and worse, and I was already using prescription sleep aids! (I do take melatonin, natural thyroid & progesterone, so my hormones were balanced and not causing these sleep problems.) After a week, I decided to take Travacor again, but this time take it 4 hours before bed, so that if it gave me hot flashes, I would hopefully have it out of my system by the time I tried to sleep. Sure enough, I experienced 2 hot flashes, but then they subsided. I took my pulse about 2 hours later, and it was 30 beats a minute slower! I had hope! It's now been about 2 weeks since starting Travacor and the other recommended product, DL-Phenalalanine in the AM, and my sleep has greatly improved! I'm weaning off my sleep meds, and taking only the tiniest sliver now, and able to fall asleep within 10 minutes! I'm almost ready to start my 3rd week recommendation, AdreCor. Travacor is definitely not a placebo effect. I didn't have any hope it would work. It will absolutely do what it says ONLY if your tests indicate you need to use it.

A while back my doctor suggested I try Travacor for night time (sleep& anxiety) and Adrecor for fatigue and maybe stress related depression. So I took both and was feeling very good. Later on I decided to stop for a while and see how I felt. Well, I regret not having these products on hand to help me get through the occasional heavy stress periods that life throws at us. .So Iam back for more travacor and adrecor. The only negatives for these products is that the high amino acid formula seems to make me retain water, ( so reduction or elimination of all salt from your diet is a good idea.) and the price tag is rather high for neuroscience products, although still worth it for its pure formula and lack of unneccesary additives. I failed to mention that I have tried a few other products from Neuroscience and it is just a matter of finding the formula that works "best" for you.

I highly recommend any product from neuroscience.

I was excited to try this product after seeing the reviews and knowing that I potentially could get a lot out of it. Boy was I wrong. The first couple days went smooth, didn't notice a difference. The third day I forgot to take it with breakfast and took it about an hour later... BIG mistake! I end up having the worst stomach ache of my life and then threw up for 20 minutes. Dry heaves and everything. I vowed to not make that mistake again. Well, today I remembered to take it with my breakfast and still, a horrible stomach pain and my mouth watering a ton. I didn't up throwing up, but I couldn't get off the couch for at least an hour. Needless to say, I returned this product. It did nothing for me, but make me sick. I don't have a weak stomach and haven't thrown up for almost 15 years if that tells you anything. Be careful!

I started taking this after I had taken the d-ribose and acetyl-l-carnitine. I did not notice any changes but then again I did note a great increase of energy with the ribose and carnitine. I did not experience any of the stomach problems that have been previously reported. I am really impressed with the ribose and carnitine. If you have chronic fatigue I would try the ribose and the carnitine first.

This supplement is recommended by Dr. Teitelbaum as part of his treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and fibromyalgia (FMS). I began taking it (2 capsules per day) along with several other supplements about 10 months ago and my health has significantly improved, specifically with regard to immune system ability to fight off infections, much-improved energy levels, and depression/anxiety lessened. Unfortunately, I cannot tell whether or not this supplement was responsible for my improvements by itself since it was a part of an entire group of supplements which I began using at the same time. If you're interested in this supplement I highly recommend going to Dr. Teitelbaum's site or getting his books and reading about his research.

Verilux Rise and Shine Natural Wake-up Light, White

Verilux Rise and Shine Natural Wake-up Light, WhiteThis is a great idea. I am a fairly early riser in general, and often do wake naturally as the sun comes up and the birds sing. However, in these dark New England fall and winter mornings, I noticed it was much much harder to wake up at the same time, because it was pitch dark.

When I was offered the opportunity to review this, I was excited, because I thought it's a perfect solution for me. I have used this for several weeks so that I could write an accurate review.

However there are some definite issues. I've included my workaround here for each issue as well. One of them I got from another reviewer here, so you might check the other reviews too.

1) If you want to squeeze every minute of sleep, this is not for you. The wake cycle begins 15 minutes before the time you set the alarm. One might think that you could just set it 15 minutes later, but it's only the wake cycle beginning. Sometimes I awaken right away (so it's about 10 minutes earlier than I "need" to be up), and other times later.

2) Not only does the wake cycle start but the combo music/nature sounds (depending on what you set it for). I can understand the light going up slowly, but the sounds wake me right away (15 minutes before I wanted to wake up). I read a review here, saying that there was no "light only" option, but you could set the sounds to zero. So I did that, but then I used a backup clock to be sure I woke up. Definitely NOT a good option to have to use.

3) I somehow stumbled across the fact that if I set the sound level at 1, it doesn't go on until the very end, when the time is actually set. This is a perfect fix for me, hopefully waking to the light, but then hearing music at the alarm time if I haven't awakened on my own. But this was something I had to stumble upon by trial and error. A more detailed instruction book would probably help, though might scare others away.

4) The Snooze feature is great. It turns off the light and the sounds, and then the light cycle goes on much quicker. I've begun doing that, and it's almost perfect.

5) The reviews are mixed about whether or not the light can be used for reading. If it's on the brightest setting, I find that it's enough light for my 40-year-old eyes. Also, I've used it with the "natural sleep cycle" where the light dims gradually to help remind myself that I need to go to sleep. You can set it for up to 60 minutes I believe.

I do like this product, but in its current design I would be disappointed if I paid full price for it. If the price doesn't bother you and the workarounds above are acceptable, then go for it. It definitely has made it much much easier to wake up when it's still very very dark outside.

Hi! So before I bought this alarm clock, I did TONS of research on alarm clocks that used light that gradually turned on to wake you up.

I scoured the internet, comparing the few products that do exist, many having awful reviews.

I really wanted to make sure that if I was going to spend this much on an alarm clock, it was really going to work and be decent quality.

This Verilux was honestly one of the best ones that I found. There were mainly good reviews about this lamp, however some key features that were complained about, that I found NOT TRUE!!!

So I would like to point out what I noticed about the lamp (I have had it for nearly 3 months now), to help you in your search!!!

1. The light has DEFINITELY helped me wake up better in the morning. In the past I have had SEVERE issues waking up to my alarm, including hearing it and turning it off, or ignoring it all together. I do not do that with this alarm, which is great!

2. A few people complained that the buttons were too hard to read, even with the light itself on. This is not true. Perhaps a modified model has come out since those complaints, but even my mother with not so good vision had no problem reading the buttons.

3. People complained that the music that the lamp plays starts as soon as the lamp turns on, and gradually gets louder, and the only way to do it without sound is to set the sound level to level one. But you cannot just turn on the sound at the END of the light cycle. I found that if I set the alarm 1 with very low (or no) sound, then set a second alarm with louder sound, that goes off 10-15 minutes later, it does exactly that. Also, for each alarm 1 and alarm 2, you can store different sounds (either one of the 4 presets or each their own radio station) and their own light levels. They are independent and it remembers each. Also separately the light level that is on when you just turn the light on, or the radio station/volume that is used, separate from the alarm, is stored.

4. People complained that when you unplug the alarm or the power goes out, you lose all your settings. This is not true. I have unplugged it TWICE, and both times it completely remembered both of my alarm 1 and alarm 2 settings. The only thing I had to reset was the clock time.

5. Someone complained that you cannot independently turn on the lamp just to use, without the alarm or sleep setting. This is not true. ALL you do is push down on the top of the lamp and it turns on, until you manually press down again OR press the OFF button to turn it off.

6. I also read a review that the speakers were completely unclear and muffled. I think maybe they received a damaged alarm because my noise is pretty clear and gets quite loud for as small as it is.

7. There were many complaints about the 4 preset music/nature sounds. I personally don't mind them, and the bird song is my favorite, but I think at that level it is a personal choice. HOWEVER, if you go to the Verilux website and search for this item, you can listen to the 4 preset sounds BEFORE you buy it, to determine if you do or do not like them yourself.

8. Also, someone complained that the light doesn't actually gradually come on, it comes on in 20 different levels. They said that it makes noise when it does so. I have yet to notice this. To me, it seems pretty smooth and gradual, but at the least it is quiet (unless you choose a sound, but the light bulb does not buzz or make noise)...

I think that these were the main drawbacks that I read in the reviews, which I obviously disregarded when I bought my alarm. I was hoping that peoples complaints weren't so bad compared to how much the light would help me wake up. Personally I feel like I was right. The main negative reviews that I read seemed to either be a result of USER error, or simple ignorance.

I would suggest if you buy this lamp, read the Verilux site about it and also read the instructions thoroughly to help you out, it is a GREAT product and totally worth it if you have issues waking up to your alarm clock with noise. It is a soothing, gentle way to naturally wake up and I LOVE it.

Oh, the only review that was negative that I AGREED with was that when setting any times on the lamp (alarm 1 or 2 or basic time), you have to cycle through ALL the times, minute by minute to get to the time you want. HOWEVER, if you simply hold down the left or right arrows (to go down or up in time), it will eventually move the minutes faster, like 20 minutes at a time, so it is a lot quicker to get to the time you want...

I usually review books and have been happy from time to time to review some useful and interesting technological products. The Verilux Alarm Clock reminds me of some of the things that I studied when I took Psychophysiology in Graduate School. It simulates the way the sun gradually woke up our ancestors, who were more attuned to the biological rhythms of the natural world. Our society tends to not adjust our schedules to changes in seasons and therefore creates a certain amount of biological stress. Some of the stress can be felt when daylight savings time impacts on our rhythms about twice a year and also the SAD (seasonal affective disorder) where people feel depressed and low energy during the winter months. My sense of the latter is that it is a hibernation reflex that humans and many other animals have. We tend to associate hibernation with bears that go into deep sleep during the winter, but most hibernation animals simply lower their metabolism to conserve their energy and not need as much activity or food. Our schedule driven society usually does not change our activity level according to the seasons. We tend to work 40 hour work weeks whether it is winter or summer, get up at the about the same time, and never go to sleep when the sun sets.

While the Verilux cannot shift everything back to a more natural rhythm, it gradually brightens the room in a manner similar to a sunrise, going through about 20 levels of brightness accompanied by a gradual increase in nature sounds and some gentle ambient relaxing music (or it can wake you with your favorite FM radio station). I found myself getting up very slowly and easily, without the abruptness of the usual alarm, and without the sluggish feeling of still feeling half asleep. I liked this a lot. I also liked the reverse process called "sleep cycle" where the light progressively dims until the room is dark. This simulates going to sleep with the sunset. The sleep cycle can be set to 5, 15, 30, and 60 minutes. I chose 15 minutes. I found it interesting to notice how the light changes helped to assist transition from waking to sleep and sleep to waking. I found that I have been more sensitive to how much of our brain is influenced by light changes.

When not in use as a soft alarm, the Verilux does serve as an ambient light source. The 20 gradations of light give a lot of choice on what kind of light fits the mood of the room for various functions. I do hypnotherapy and found that the choices of lighting in the treatment room were useful. Too bright makes going into a relaxed trance more difficult, too dark makes staying awake and following the process more difficult. What required about three different lights to do, I can now do more easily with just this one light. The nature sounds and ambient music choices, 4 of them, too, can serve as a background for trance induction.

The Verilux can also double as an FM radio. This is a function that I rarely use, but I did tune it to one local radio station that usually plays classical music and has a good news summary. The FM wire antenna plugs in the back and can be easily unplugged if one does not need this feature. I prefer their plug in design for this over the loose wire that is clipped into a holder than some FM features have on some models. If you do not use it, you may want to keep the FM wire plug with the manual just in case you might want it later, or if you intend to sell the unit later on to someone else.

There are a lot of thoughtful features in the unit. But there are a few minor detractions that are worth noting and that may influence the decision to purchase this unit. One is the size. It is big enough to be considered a small lamp. This is partly so that the unit can house a 60 watt clear bulb (it can apparently also take a 40 watt bulb, but this might affect the gradations of light some). This is a good choice, because some alternative light products use more exotic bulbs that are more costly to replace and sometimes harder to find. However, the size of the unit may be a consideration if your bed only has a small night stand to work with. Since it does replace a lamp, however, it may be a matter of deciding whether or not to part with what is already there. The design of the oval dome allows for proper cooling of the light bulb, having ventilation slits on both and top and bottom. No bright light leaks through to spoil the light effect.

There are two other minor detractions. One is that the nature sounds cannot be played without the associated ambient music that they chose. You cannot input your own MP3 file of your own favorite music. While the selections are pleasant, they are also in a repetitive loop that is relatively short and there are only four choices. They might get old over time. I can partly understand why they might put the ambient music in, because the nature sounds may not be enough by themselves to wake you up. However, for a background soundscape during the day, the four selections might get old. Two is that the buttons are complex enough to use to need the manual to program the unit. While it is designed to set and forget, and remembers two alarm settings that you can alternate with, I did find programming the unit to take a little time, constantly going back and forth from the manual. I appreciate and prefer a system of buttons that are more intuitive to use and easier to fully learn. The buttons, too, are not easily readable in the light of this unit, even at its highest setting. You would either need to have another light to shine on the letters or you can artfully reflect the light of the unit back on itself with a book cover (or the manual cover). I found I just memorized which button does what from playing around with the unit. I think partly why the unit is a little button complex, though, is because it does give you a fair amount of options, even controlling the starting light level on the sleep cycle and the ending light level on the alarm cycle. The buttons, for most functions are intuitive enough to memorize, but you definitely do not want to lose the manual. One function, for instance, requires holding down the set button for 3 seconds to activate.

One feature that I appreciate a lot is the clock display panel. It has three light settings of its own. At its brightest, it can serve as a nice light blue night light. There is a softer one that does not illuminate the room very much, but can be read easily. Then there is a complete black out setting. I like this a lot, because I prefer the darkness in the room that this produces. I had an alarm clock whose numbers lit up so much that you could read a book near it and which allowed one to see all the objects in the room. Having a display which can go totally dark is a very good feature which is not in many alarm clocks (in fact, this is the first one that I have found, unless you count the ones where you close the case or the ones that are wind up and have no lights at all).

On the whole, I like this unit a lot and intend to keep it and use it for myself. I give it four stars, rather than five because of the slight complexity in programming the unit, the lack of being able to input an MP3 file, the lack of being able to just have nature sounds without the chosen ambient melodies, and the size being a bit larger than I would prefer.

The big point is that it works well as a night table light and alarm. On the down side, the buttonology is not intuitive and it looks like it should be on the set of Star Wars.

Once set, the alarm, a combination of gradually increasing light and natural sounds with some sort of New Age music layered in does wake you up gently, rather than the jarring wake up of a conventional alarm. When you're ready to call it a night, you can set the light and sounds to gently dim over a period from 5 minutes to an hour. For the natural noises, you have several choices, including ocean, stream, birds, and frogs, all with a layer of a mild New Agey instrumental music. The music is relaxing, but might not be for everyone, and this would benefit from an option to turn the music off and just use the natural noises.

The controls, however, are not intuitive. I'm passably comfortable with gadgetry, and genuinely needed the manual in hand to set this. There is no reason the controls can't be more user oriented, and perhaps a later generation of this will simplify the setting procedure.

The aesthetics are odd. Without sarcasm or any intent to hurt feelings, this lamp would look entirely at home on the set of Star Wars or Logan's Run. I don't consider my bedroom a "public area" of the house, so I am much more concerned with comfort than coordinated decor, but this might be an issue for someone who has different preferences.

Looks funny, it's a little tricky to use, but a good night table lamp and alarm.

Want Verilux Rise and Shine Natural Wake-up Light, White Discount?

I own similar products from Homedics Homedics SS-5500 SoundSpa Radiance AM/FM Alarm Clock with Time Projection, Light, Sound and Timerand Hammacher Schlemmer Peaceful Progression Aromatherapy And Nature Sounds Wake-Up Alarm Clock by Collectibles Todayand they all are valiant attempts at using gradually increasing light to wake you gently. Neither of the three models succeeds because the buttons on each product are difficult to use, though the Verilux buttons are the best.

All the units are usable if you wake the same time every day. This is what the sleep experts say you should do anyway same time even on weekends. Simply read through the manual as you set the clock the first time in daylight and perhaps with a magnifying glass to read the fine print in both the manual and on the clock (The Verilux's manual is fine, but the buttons are small and the letters on each button are microscopic.) My wake time changes each day, though, and resetting these clocks is difficult.

I must report that my unit came defective with LCD non-working segments on the alarm set time (the larger current time was OK). Since I got my unit through Amazon Vine, it is not eligible to be replaced through Amazon. I WILL BE CONTACTING VERILUX CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL REPORT BACK HERE ON HOW THAT GOES.

Only the Verilux sounds include both Space/Environment music overlayed on the nature sounds. I'm not sure what to make of this. In addition to the three clocks I reference here, I have 4 sound machines and none incorporate music. I sorta like Verilux's approach on this. If anything the soft music might be too pleasant to wake you up.

The light switch is right on top of the unit (actually, you press down on the whole globe). This is very intuitive and easy so kudos to Verilux on this one. The Homedics uses a button that is flush with the top and adjacent to other buttons. You can't see how to turn on the light without turning on another light!

Another problem is that only the Verilux has NO BATTERY BACKUP. So if the power goes out, out comes the manual and magnifying glass to reset the thing.

The Verilux takes a standard 60W bulb.

The price is also a consideration. I paid 1/2 as much for the Homedics which includes a wireless electric switch to use your own lamp (up to 350 Watts). For 3/4 the price you could have the Hammacher clock with aromatherapy and light.

When I got my first light alarm clock I thought it was great and would have given it 5 stars. The IDEA is wonderful. I assume this is why this product got some 5 star reviews it might be based not on usability but on novelty. Based on using the Verilux for a couple weeks I can't give it more than 3 stars. I would suggest that alarm clock manufacturers do market research before designing a product. And don't let the electrical engineers do button layout!

Super C- Sleep - Vitamin & Mineral Drink Mix -key Lime Mint: 7 Count box (Pack of 4)

Super C- Sleep - Vitamin & Mineral Drink Mix -key Lime Mint: 7 Count box I use all the products in the Super-C series and so I will give a review of them all.

Of all the variants, the best tasting are Bone & Joint, Immunize and Energy. Slender taste okay and Sleep is not that great.

BUT

They all appear to have the effect they promise which is far more than one can say about many of the "functional beverages" one can purchase.

Although not that great in taste (in my subjective opinion), SLEEP has a really good effect and I could feel that it made me more able to fall asleep. That is quite significant as I suffer from insomnia very often.

BONE&JOINT which tastes GREAT actually made my otherwise protesting knees feel good again if I drank the mix about 8-10 hours before heading for the gym.

ENERGY too is effective, although the effect is just as subtle and unobtrusive as it promises. This is good unless you want a "burn hot but burn fast" effect which tend to result in a drastic drop in energy one's you settle down again.

As for IMMUNIZE and SLENDER there effects are supposed to occur much more "in the background" supporting processes in the body without changing them in any way that causes a direct, tangible and short-term effect one can feel. But looking at the ingredients it would seem that they do what they are supposed to.

A note should be added to those watching calories, as it is easy to miss the fact that SLENDER actually do contain calories while the others do not (per serving, that is).

Also, and this is not so much critique (perhaps constructive) as suggestion to the producer, it would be good if the nutritional information listed the quantities of the vitamins, minerals and other effective ingredients instead of just the percentage of suggested daily value. It is difficult for people who for some reason try to calculate daily intake of such ingredients, when it does not say how much of them are in each serving.

But this is a great series of drink mixes. Mixes easily, does what it says, tastes great (except for one, in my opinion) and contains nothing one can feel guilty about

I realy enjoy this product it taste so good , about the best relaxing drink formula I ever tried.

the only problem is no stores at the present time have it and amazon only gets small amount very seldom.

I found this product as I regularly use another product called ZOIC from the same company (Solis brands) and I found a link on their website to SUPER C Sleep when I was writing them with a question. I was a bit skeptical because I have taken prescription medication for my insomnia with mixed results. Wow was I happily surprised. The product works great and had none of the "hangover/headache" effects I normally feel from Ambien. It has a milder & gentler sedative affect, but one can definitely feel the difference, and I feel great in the morning. I use it a couple nights a week now and it is a godsend when I travel. A bonus is that it is sugar free so you can use it before as well as after brushing -and the flavor is a unique lime-mint which gives you fresh breath during the night. I saw good reviews on amazon for the Immunity and Energy flavors too so I think I'll try them next.

This product is not made to knock you out...I think this is what some of the reviewers were expecting and that is just not the case...It's not Ambien or Lunesta people...This product is made to help you RELAX and get to sleep EASIER...I personally like the light minty/lime taste and its refreshing for someone like me that works the overnight shift...At the end of my night I dont want anything heavy in taste or calories and this is light enough to drink on the way home ( I only have a 5 min drive commute so I dont recommend doing that if your communte is longer than 15-20min driving) or with my bedtime snack and still allow me to be relaxed (keyword, relaxed..) and still finish up a few tasks before hitting the sheets! Very portable, I always have a couple sticks thrown in my purse and theyve never broken or torn open. I was buying these at my local drugstore for almost 5.00 bucks a box, so Im very happy to have these on auto ship through Amazon!

Dietary Supplement 30 Capsules Prosta-rye Experience Nature's Most Powerful Male Health Solution. These arrived on time. I tried them for a month but they made no difference for me, no better than saw palmetto which has been shown not to work either. Beta-Sitosterol seems to work besy for me.

My husband and I have been dealing with BPH for years. I've gotten him just about everything I've ever heard of. This seems to work better than saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, beta-sitosterol, antiiva, New Chapter 5LX...but it's been only a month and he has had other health issues that required antibiotics. So it's hard to tell. But we will continue using it.

fair results, product is a little overpriced. I have used other types that are more effective but it is ok
