These arrived on time. I tried them for a month but they made no difference for me, no better than saw palmetto which has been shown not to work either. Beta-Sitosterol seems to work besy for me.
My husband and I have been dealing with BPH for years. I've gotten him just about everything I've ever heard of. This seems to work better than saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, beta-sitosterol, antiiva, New Chapter 5LX...but it's been only a month and he has had other health issues that required antibiotics. So it's hard to tell. But we will continue using it.
