This formula is amazing! I've tried lots of other herbal sleep aids, but I'd always wake up after a few hours and feel wide awake. I got this one from my naturopath (interestingly, it's a lot cheaper there, though it's so awesome I'd pay the Amazon price if I had to) when my sleep was being disrupted by major stress, and I'm impressed at how well it works. After not getting more than a few hours of sleep a night for months, I slept straight through for 6 or 7 hours and was even able to doze back off for a little while longer. Even better, I don't feel any grogginess at all in the morning.Also, this might just be in my head, but it seems to have a cumulative effect after taking one every night for about a week, I found that I could skip a couple of days and still sleep just as well. Thanks to this, the 30-capsule bottle actually lasted me about 2 months. Now that my sleep cycle is back on track I just take one occasionally as needed and they still work just as great.

I have Hashimoto's (thyroid) disease and I also have Lyme disease -so I suffer from sleep problems as a result. I was recommended this product by a naturopath. I had high hopes! I have no problems falling asleep at night. My problem is STAYING asleep. I wake continuously throughout the night. By early morning (3-4 am) I can no longer get back to sleep again. As a result I feel as if I haven't slept at all. For me, this product did not work at all. I noticed no difference.
