It actually blocks seratonin, so if you are on medication to help you sleep, or to help with depression, stress, or any form of Panic Disorder or Anxiety, this medicaiton can actually block the necessary seratonin your body naturally produces and needs. It cane cause episodes of extreme irritation and anger. It is also a product of Canada, and states clearly on the label that no scientific testing has been done on this product, so there's aboslutely no telling what this will do to your symptom. I felt really moody right after taking it, so I have now stopped taking it. I do not have episodes of feeling irratation or anger like before.
