I ordered this after seeing something about it on the Dr. Oz show. It's supposed to be a good, natural sleep aid. I tried it once & it just tasted horrible. I guess it worked, as after I spent 45 minutes brushing my teeth & using mouth wash to get the taste out of my mouth I did sleep through the night. I also didn't realize the product was from China so I ever want to try it again I'd look for another brand because I do not purchase food/vitamins etc. that come from China.
