As the other reviewer wrote these diapers do not work 100%. How we have made them work better for us is we use girls bloomer covers over the pajama pants. When we do this, we prevent leaks about 97% of the time. This has kept our big girl happy and "dry" at night (at least her sheet). Our daughter is potty trained but she is a deep sleeper and sleeps all night long. This helps her to stay asleep and get the rest she needs without wetting her bed.

My son is on the autism spectrum and still needs pull ups. I've searched all over---the sizes for these types of "pull ups" for larger kids are very limited in stores---the small is too small and the large is too big. I've found some through specialized websites, but the smallest size is still too big. My son is 5 and weighs 54lbs--the size small/medium are perfect for him. They aren't as great as regular "pull ups" as far as not leaking---they have leaked after a long night of sleeping (my son also urinates a lot because he loves water). So cut your little one off from drinks early evening :)

These diapers work about 70% of the time to keep my fountain of a son contained at night. I like the generic look of them-like more thought was put into the quality, rather the look. When the diaper overflows, it is full or positioned wrong. Much better then Overnite diapers. I've tried a lot of diapers for my son over his lifetimeand I'd like to hope that there is something better out there-which is why I cannot give this diaper 5 stars.

I have been using this product for my daugther for more than a year now, I would give a 4.5 stars for the shipment I got before.

But the one I received yesterday was different. When the shipment arrived, I immediately noticed the package is much smaller. Even though each package still contains 15 diapers, each diaper is smaller and when I put it on daughter, it is much tighter than the ones we ordered in Nov. The quality of the diaper also is different, the ones we had before seems uses more paper than man-made materials, also the new diaper feels thinner and I am not having a good feeling about this. I have not dare to use it for overnight yet, so far using it at day time and will give an update on its ability to handle the night time in a few weeks.

I use this for a little girl, age 8, 56 pounds soaking wet. She is disabled, and needs pull ups as a part of her everyday life. She prefers these pull ups to the size 5 pull-ups the medical provider sends her. She said they are roomy and don't squeeze her. She said they don't rub her thighs and cause a rash. She can bend over without worrying they will break open.

The only complaint she has is they don't have tabs on the side for easy on and off. As they are, she must take her pants and braces off just to change a pull up. She insists on doing everything herself, so this makes it very difficult for her to be independent. She said these are best for when she is at home, in a dress, or at night. The packaging says they are for night-time wear, but I could not find day time ones in comparable size and price.
