CLINIQUE Repairwear Intensive Night Cream, 1.7 Fluid Ounce
I now use moisturizer day and night, with a mineral SPF foundation over it during the day (Bare Minerals). I'm so happy with this product. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it. The larger tub will last me about 3-4 months, even if I use it every day. I think it's worth it. And with Clinique's liberal return policy, you should at least give this one a shot. I think you'll love it.
No breakouts, no redness, and great at moisturizing the skin. I use it over my lips, too, and let it soak in for a minute before putting on make-up or gloss.
Conclusion: HIGHLY recommended. I just bought this cream at Macy's; I was telling my mother in law how I always get good deals at amazon. I was surprised when I came home and compare the prices: at Macy's I payed only $48.50 + taxes. So do your homework and compare prices before buying it here :)

These are an awesome supplement. At first, I was irritated because I was waking up after about 6.5 hours whereas I usually try to get 8 hours of sleep. I mean, I was bolting up out of bed and couldn't sleep anymore. After a couple days of this I realized I was actually more rested than I usually am on 8 hours of sleep. After realizing this, I'm only using them on the nights where I know I'm only going to get 6-6.5 hours of sleep. Excellent product, but I would recommend only taking it when needed.I've been taking REM Caps on and off for the past 5 years. Usually I start taking it when I begin training hard, whether cycling, or weight lifting. I awake on my own before my alarm and am fully rested. I typically get around 7 hours of sleep. If I know I'm not going to be able to get a "full" night sleep, it does well on a 6 hour night to get the most of my sleep. I also use this as my stress level at work increases. I just feel like it gives me an extra edge. Keep in mind though, it does not make you go to sleep. I definitely start to feel relaxed about 30-45 minutes after I take them, but they don't knock you out. In fact, the first couple times I took it I was thinking about how great my sleep was going to be I couldn't fall asleep!! Just me being heady! Word of warning however, you do tend to have some strange, vivid dreams. You will dream all night long, and they'll be strong dreams. I did see this in the warning, and it is true.Want Hammer Nutrition Rem Capsules- All Natural Sleep Aid- Dietary Supplement, 60 Count Discount?
The recommended dosage is 1 3 caplets. I started off with one but still found myself waking before my alarm went off so I moved up to 2 pills. That did the trick and I don't notice any negative side-effects. I'm not sure if I'm falling asleep any faster but but I'm certainly staying asleep and I feel much more rested when I wake up. I don't take them every night because I don't want to become dependent on them. I'm only taking them 2 or 3 times a week as an experiment to see how well they work. I'm confident that they do help and I'll probably buy more when I run out. I'm only giving a 4-star rating because I haven't finished the bottle and don't know what the results will be long-term. This is the first sleep-aid I've taken and I may give others a try for comparison when these are gone.Breathslim Revolutionary Breathing Weight Loss Device
After researching and discovering that there is a 90 percent success rate doing nasal breathing exercises, I knew that I would give this a try. (The reason that the success rate was not 100 percent was because there are those that do not do this daily).
Although weight loss will depend on how many times that you practice the breathing exercises there really is just no way you won't lose weight when doing the daily breathing exercises because your appetite 'will be' suppressed... unless you eat when you aren't hungry. I have been doing breathing exercises for over a month now and am quite happy with the results. Of course, I have 'experimented' with not doing the breathing exercises daily and, I have 'experimented' with eating when I wasn't hungry and I can tell you that I could tell the difference. Supposedly after about three months of daily breathing exercises this is apparently the amount of time that the body needs to retrain (when we were first born we breathed through our noses and not our mouths) itself to the new habit of breathing you only need to do the breathing exercises a couple of times a week.
This breathing device which is similar to the Frolov Breathing Device does what it says. Inhalation and exhalation with the Breathslim device works by regulating the amount of oxygen you take into your lungs belly breathing aka diaphragmatic breathing. And normalizing your carbon dioxide levels.
Also, there is more information about the breathslim device and downloads on the breathslim website. One of the video's there has an interview with Al Lee, the author of Perfect Breathing. Another good book to discover more about 'correct breathing' is a book by Patrick McKeown, Asthma-Free Naturally, which explains reduced breathing exercises.I read a review about this system on a fitness blog and thought I'd try it out, since they offer a 30 day free trial. This is the second time I put my skepticism to the side, and something good comes out of it... I love it for 2 reasons so far. It helps me with anxiety. My heartbeat is usually elevated but since I've been using it for about a week and a half I feel a lot calmer! Secondly it's great for yoga. I practice yoga about 2-3 times a week and noticed that it's been easier for me to combine deep breathing with challenging poses in class and it lets me really get into my mediation. P.S. I started out by breathing 10 minutes at first because it was pretty difficult to go all 20 at once, but I've been increasing it after 2 days so I'm up to 18 mins now.

BreathSlim I have been searching for solution to my weight problem as well as finding something that can help my running. Now, when I first opened the device, it seemed very simple. Almost too simple. However, after following the instructions provided in the DVD I quickly realized what a powerful tool this is. And, I emphasize tool because it is more than just a product--it gets you to where you need to be rather quickly. I can honestly say that I breath slower and deeper after using this device for two weeks and I shed 26 seconds off my mile! That is amazing. There is really nothing out there like this product and the added bonus to losing weight is that I can run faster and farther. What a treat! Though, the looks are deceiving--I am happy with my purchase. There is nothing more fulfilling than to lose weight & gain on my mile! Have done the 20 minutes each day since it came in (with the exception of one day) and have been able to do the exercise with no problem. I feel very relaxed when I get done with the excercise. I've recently started getting up to speed on the benefits of proper breathing and will continue on with the program. Will update the review at a later point in time! Philips HF3520 Wake-Up Light With Colored Sunrise Simulation, White
The light a *cool* white light when turned on fully, or you get a cool peachish glow when it's on low. The light is too cool for my taste and I actually prefer the light from the older model because of it's warmer glow produced by a halogen bulbs. Also, the light seems to be aimed forward, so I get more shadows in my room, along with the cooler color. It's like the difference between the LED Christmas lights and the regular (incandescent) lights--one has an odd glow (LED) and the traditional is warmer and more natural looking. I truly wish LEDs looked better because they use so much less energy. If you like the light of the LED, this might just be the perfect wake-up light for you because of all it's awesome features.
The colored sunrise/sunset is closer to an amber orange than reddish. It's an odd color, but it's nicer than plain white. The best thing about this particular model is that the sunrise can be timed at between 20 & 40 minutes (previous model Philips HF3471/60 was limited to 30 minutes). Also, the dusk simulation can go as low as 5 minutes which is great for people who read until dozey.
If you like to snooze, this model has a pretty cool feature: you can touch any part of the face and it will snooze for 9 minutes. Because it's touch sensitive, so you don't have buttons on the front, but more of a touch screen-type face. There are buttons around the rim for setting the alarm and beginning the dimming process.
Another great feature is the clock face settings. I prefer to sleep in a very dark room and can get bothered by any light, including alarm clock faces. The Philips light gives you four options brightness, and their dim is quite dim. Plus it's a mellow orange, which is the color that is the least bright in a dark room. It also auto-dims, so when your lights are out, the clock face automatically dims. Smart, clever design. The time font looks fuzzier than the older model, and at night it is really pleasant. Side by side, I prefer this model's fuzzier type face.
It has 5 sounds to wake up to: bird chirps, jungle sounds, New-age sounds, some lovely Satie-style piano and wind chimes. All of these choices are appealing. It begins quietly, then gradually increases in volume. The sound choices are all so mellow that even at the loudest setting it's way better than any beep.
I've used these dawn-simulation alarms for 16 years and owned two BioBrite Sunrise Clocks, a Verilux Lamp/Alarm clock, an old Philip's model and the Philips HF3471/60. Philips is the brand I continue to go to because of their quality, design and warranty. BioBrite and Verilux just couldn't compare in either quality or features, and especially in longevity.
This newest Philips model has a few awesome features:
* Touch snooze, you can literally touch any part of the front of the light
* Modern, cool design, that is bright enough to read by so you don't need another lamp
* Philips makes the best wake-up simulation lights, this model being the best to date because of it's user-friendly features.
* This model is very intuitive and easy to set as soon as you plug it in
* Colored sunrise/sunset
* Two easily set and distinctly separated alarm settings
* 20-year LED bulb
The negatives:
* I dislike the color emitted from the LED light, the white is too cool for my taste. It's a deal breaker.
Everyone in my house has a Philips wake-up light and we all prefer them to traditional alarms. You don't need more than one of these per room, especially with this model which has two alarm time settings. Also, I've never had to replace a single Philips halogen bulb (previous models) and I own two older styles of Philips' wake-up lights.
This lamp is an expensive investment, but apparently the LED bulb is supposed to last 20 long years. I'd recommend this model ONLY IF you like the color that white LED lights emit. Otherwise, I'd recommend an older Philips model. They have fewer features, but a warmer glow.(2008 HOLIDAY TEAM) I live in Seattle, which means I can go months at a time without ever seeing sunlight. Starting around late-September, I start waking up in the dark. By the time November hits, I wake up in the dark, go to work in the dark, spend the day inside an office building, and go home in the dark. It can be depressing.
I bought the Philips goLITE BLU Light Therapy Device a few years ago to see if it could help with the winter blues, and I was amazed at how well it works. It is like a concentrated shot of sunshine that wakes my body up in the morning and gets me ready for the day. I love it, and have learned to trust in these Philips light devices.
I have been wanting one of these "dawn alarm clocks" for awhile now to help with another problem; waking up in the pitch dark. No matter what time I go to bed, or how many hours I sleep, my body tends to reject the idea that it should be getting up when it is as dark as the inside of a closet. I have to put my alarm clock across the room and drag myself out of bed. It doesn't make for fun mornings. Could Philips help me again?
After using this "Philips Wake-up Light" for about a week know, I am happy to say that it is equally awesome. This is exactly what I have been wanting. Somehow, waking up in a lit room makes all the difference. And I dearly, dearly love the slow brightening. This isn't a sudden shock to your system, like someone flicking on the light switch. Your body is brought naturally out of sleep with a rising light level, so by the time you open your eyes it feels like it is time to get up.
There are plenty of options on this wake-up light, and I think everyone will need to fiddle with it awhile to see what works for them. The first time I used it, I set the light to full brightness and had it aimed for my face. It is bright!! Glaring!! So I ended up moving it across the room, and aiming the light at the far wall so that the light appears more natural and reflects off the wall. You can set the duration for a couple of different times. I haven't found much difference personally between the 30 and 20 minute settings. I suppose it depends on how light sensitive you are.
Along with the light, there are a couple of different alarm sounds, including a radio. The sounds are OK ... some bird song, a little white noise, some wind chimes, jungle sounds, and a couple of music pieces. I have been using the bird song, which I like. But the sounds were something I was disappointed with. I have another alarm clock that slowly raises the volume of the sound the same way this wake-up light slowly increases the brightness. It seems like a no-brainer to connect the two, so that the nature sounds come in slowly with the light. But that option is not available.
I also found programming the clock to be a bit of a pain. Like many modern instruction manuals, there are few written instructions, just images to guide you through the process. It took me awhile of tapping buttons to figure out how to get the clock and alarm set, and what my options are. It isn't as intuitive as it could be. But once it is set, it is set, so this is only a minor headache at the beginning.
There are some other cool features here. I love the touch-to-snooze feature. It almost makes it too easy to head back to bed! And I haven't played around with the "dusk" mode yet, as I generally don't have the same problem going to sleep as I do waking up. But it seems like a good idea. The light is definitely bright enough to read by, and I could see reading in bed while the light slowly dims as a good way to get sleepy.
So a few minor quibbles, but over all awesome. This is one of those devices I wish I had got years ago. It has improved my gloomy Seattle mornings immensely.

I really did my homework on this one and weighed the pros and cons against the other models as well as competition's offerings. In the end, I went out on a limp and gave this one a shot and so far I am impressed.Initial observations were that it seemed to be of a solid build quality with just the right amount of features for what I need. The instructions are pretty straight forward and if you've ever used a digital clock in your life you should be able to work your way through this with ease.
The first morning however, I did not awake to the light. Instead, I had birds chirping ridiculously loudly in my ear and a blinding light in my barely open eyes.... Ok, not what I was looking for at all.
Ok, I went back and tuned down the volume and increased the duration of the increasing light.
2nd morning a little better response. I awoke to the light, but it was already at almost peak brightness and then the birds started in.
(I figured I would give it another shot without making changes this time)
3rd morning significantly better. I realized I am training myself to become more sensitive to the light and my body is responding to the recreated sunrise better.
Some additional findings.
1. You have to be either facing the light or laying on your back with the light close enough to your peripheral to penetrate your eyelids and wake you naturally.
2. If you go to bed overtired or do not get enough sleep, this light WILL NOT work for you. I have tried it and found that I didn't wake up until the shrieking of my backup alarm on my cell phone and then I was being blinded and scream at by birds.
3. The 2nd Alarm is most likely useless for two people. I got all excited thinking she could use it as well, as she gets up an hour after I do. The problem is, in our queen bed, the light cannot reach from my nightstand to her eyes to have any effect on her waking up naturally.
4. Most of the sounds suck. There are only 3 that will serve as calming enough to fall asleep to or to wake up to naturally.

12/10/2012 Update I've had the new alarm in place for a few days now and all appears to be working well. Once again, I can't compliment Philips enough for their outstanding customer service. You can purchase this product with the assurance that it comes with top notch support if you ever encounter a problem.12/4/2012 Update Philips saves the day. I called Philips (on a Sunday no less) and explained my issue to them. A very courteous and helpful rep assisted me. She carefully looked into the issue and possible causes before she deemed the lamp to be defective. She immediately shipped a replacement which is scheduled to arrive within the next 48 hrs. Everything from her wonderful attitude to the prompt service was stellar and in these days of waning customer service, not a small consideration when making a purchase. In any event, I felt the actions of Philips worthy of mention and look forward to trying the new light and functional snooze. The prompt problem resolution also improved my overall rating/view of the product.
12/1/2012 Update Apparently, my touch to snooze issue appears to be a defect. Others have pointed out that theirs works just fine from touching the front of the alarm. We haven't used the snooze in a while because we use both alarms and given our respective wake-up times, they pretty much act as a pseudo snooze anyhow (which solves our button dilemma since my wife just turns off the light after she wakes up first). I recently received a comment on my review from another user yet again reaffirming that the snooze works fine when they touch the front of their alarm. Well, I just tested my snooze nearly a dozen times. I tried touching both the top (light) and bottom (buttons) regions of the front. I touched it with little pressure, moderate pressure, one finger and every combination of fingers up to placing my entire palm on the front. It simply does not work. I also tested the snooze using both alarms 1 and 2 and it worked with neither. One curious thing I did just discover is that touching the rear only works if I touch it a certain way. Directly touching the rear of the clock (and nothing else) does nothing; however, when we reach around to touch the rear of the alarm from the bed, it works. The only theory I could somewhat prove is that our wrist apparently brush up against the outer edge of the alarm face when we reach toward the back of the alarm. I now believe it is this outer edge of the alarm face that is sensing our touch, not the rear. So to clarify, the outer edge of the front seems to work to snooze but nowhere else on the front works. And even though that part works, it's not as consistent as I initially believed it to be. If we used the snooze feature more, we would have noticed this earlier. Quite honestly, I'm disappointed given my previous experience with the reliability of my prior generation wake up light. The worst thing to experience after having numerous problems with a product in the past is to try the product again and realize it's defective right out of the box. I still like the light but the reliability forces me to drop it two stars. Maybe my own little star system will break it down better:
Satisfaction with product performance: ***** (This is purely how I love the way it wakes me up. As I said, we barely use snooze anyhow, so it's not very influential in this rating)
Satisfaction with product features: **** (button placement and other minor dislikes knocked one star off)
Satisfaction with product reliability: * (This is the snooze issue also taking into consideration my prior track record with wake-up lights)
Overall Satisfaction: *** (I love the light but a defective unit right out of the box would be a little easier to overlook had I not previously experienced so many issues with a prior wake-up light)
(Original review follows)
I previously had one of the earlier Philips wake up lights (the HF3480), which was somewhat of a disappointment. Although I loved the way it woke us up with soothing sounds and gentle lighting that gradually increased in intensity like natural sunlight, it wasn't very reliable mechanically. The main issue was the bulb. The bulb never seemed to last more than about 6 months and it wasn't user replaceable. My bulbs blew twice over a span of a year. Both times the bulb blew, I had to contact Philips, get an RMA, ship the lamp back to them on my own dime and await a replacement. To Philips' credit, at least the replacements were new, not refurbs, but it was a pain nonetheless. The third issue didn't involve the bulb but the radio. It turned on by itself one day and refused to turn off. I tried everything. In addition to fiddling with the knobs forever, I unplugged it numerous times, even allowing it to sit for days without power. When I plugged it back in, the radio came right back on, so I fiddled with the knobs some more but could not get it to turn off. I tried to live with it and still use the wake-up feature, but despite turning the radio volume all the way down, it would still make static and crackling noises until I finally couldn't take it anymore. I was unwilling to ship the lamp back to Philips a third time at my expense, so that was the end of the road for it in our household. I didn't even make it through the two-year warranty. You reach a point where even a lengthy warranty isn't worth the aggravation of constantly shipping it back for repair or replacement.
So, after passing on the subsequent later models, I decided to give the latest version a try through Vine. They've completely changed the form factor and the bulb is different as well. The HF3480 looked like a desktop humidifier and had a soft white bulb that gradually brightened. This model is shaped like a large floodlight and has a multi-color bulb that not only gradually brightens, but changes colors to mimic sunlight. When it first turns on, it's a low intensity reddish color. As it brightens, it progresses to a more yellowish color before topping out in a brilliant off-white that very accurately mimics the shine of sunlight through closed eyes. As was experienced with the last wake-up light, I am almost always awakened by the light before the actual alarm sounds start. The sounds begin after the light reaches full intensity. To me, it's the perfect way to wake. It's gentle, soothing and much less harsh than a traditional alarm. Here are my pros and cons of the new wake up light:
Pros
-----
Gentle soft warm soothing light that more closely mimics natural sunlight than it's predecessors.
Choice of soothing nature sounds (birds, wind, water), AM/FM radio, or a very soothing musical alarm. I prefer the musical alarm.
Although it looks like a floodlight from the side, it looks like a round stylish contemporary clock with orange dot-matrix display from the front.
Easy to set and touch to snooze option is great, as long as you touch the right part of the lamp (the rear. Touching the front does nothing, as we found out the hard way when we lost out on a snooze because we couldn't figure out why touching the lamp didn't work)
Very easy to use combination of touch sensitive and conventional buttons (except for snooze. See below cons)
Solid 2-year warranty
Cons
-----
Shaky reliability history. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this latest version. I will certainly update my review as needed, good or bad.
As already mentioned, you must touch the back portion of the body to snooze. When "touch to snooze" is touted as a feature, it might help to make it crystal clear you must touch the back because the front won't work)
Buttons, particularly the one to turn off the light, are hard to find by feel. If you truly want to snooze, you need to turn off the light, however, the buttons are very tiny and closely spaced to each other along the top of the clock. Because this is very brightly front-lit, it's almost impossible to see the buttons while the light is on in a darkened room. Because of the close spacing, feeling for buttons usually results in unintended results, like turning on the radio, as we've done a few times. Unless we get lucky, we usually have to turn on the desk lamp and lean over to find the light button. By the time we do all of that, we're pretty much already awake and no longer need the snooze. So much for stealing a few more minutes.
Although it looks stylish head-on from the front, any other angle makes it look like an oversized floodlight sitting on your nightstand
The clock is hard to read in bright light. I wish intensity was a little brighter. It's readable in dark or dimly lit rooms but gets washed out by moderate to strong light
So far, I am very happy with this wake up light. There absolutely is no better way to wake other than naturally, free of alarms, but sadly that's only a weekend luxury for me, if I'm lucky.
Given the fact that both the light and body style are totally different from the HF3480, I'm giving this wake-up light a fresh start. I won't "expect" it to break prematurely as I did with the HF3480. I'll allow the quality of this lamp to speak for itself. Hopefully, I like what it has to say.
Want Philips HF3520 Wake-Up Light With Colored Sunrise Simulation, White Discount?
The Philips HF3520/60 light meets one of its promises a fairly realistic simulation of a sunrise that can prove useful in waking up. What it doesn't do as well is to do much else, as an alarm clock, radio, or seasonal light. 3 stars for a still-useful device that misses on a few fronts.Having used the portable Philips GoLite for circadian reset purposes while traveling most sleep doctors will tell you bright light exposure upon waking really helps I was eager to try a full spectrum light for home use. The results from the HF3520/60 are mixed.
What it does really well is to mimic a sunrise. It is a gentle but effective way to wake up, starting at red, progressing through orange and yellow to white. Really quite neat, and unique among any light boxes currently on the market.
What it doesn't do as well is to function as anything else. The alarm clock is ok, but as other reviewers have pointed out the buttons are far, far too small you risk knocking it off your night stand trying to push them, and setting the alarm isn't particularly intuitive. The sounds on the alarm clock aren't graduated, nor are there many of them; in general, something like the alarm on the Zeo Mobile provides a much more pleasant audio wake up if the light doesn't do so, and it's odd that Philips didn't take this into account while designing the HF3520.
It's also disappointing that there's no AM radio or 2.5mm headphone jack to allow external devices. For more audio options than the weak FM radio, Philips clearly wants consumers to purchase the more expensive HF3550, with the presumption that they own an Iphone 4 or below to pipe in audio. It's theoretically possible to buy a third-party FM modulator for a workaround, but that's an awful lot of effort to put in to achieve the same functionality in an expensive device that most cheap $20 alarm clocks provide out of the box.
Most importantly, even at full intensity the 300 lux light is enough to wake up most people but is far too weak to provide the recommended light dosage for morning exposure. Putting this side-by-side with the older 10000 lux Britelite 6 is like comparing the sun to a candle. Even the little GoLite puts out a far more powerful lux than this. As such, it really isn't useful for anything more than just waking you up, and that's a shame.
3 stars for the narrow but useful niche it occupies. A neat way to get your eyes open but not much more.

5 Weeks Later... I'm still loving my pillow and plan to take it on any vacations. Two suggestions for the manufacturer: 1)Include the option to buy additional pillow cases, it just makes sense, and if anyone has found a source for this particular pillow, please leave a comment, 2) I was unaware that the pillow could be purchased in various sizes, and I didn't have an option in selecting the size. I received the 4" pillow size and fortunately it works for me. The information printed on the packaging suggest that you measure the distance from the neck to the end of the shoulder and order: Petite Loft (3"), range of 4"-6"; Standard Loft (4"), range 6"-7"; or High Loft (5"), range 8" +.I love this pillow! I was having problems with my normal pillow pushing the mask away from my face and causing leaks. Other comfort pillows are either too large or to heavy to comfortably put your arm under if you sleep on your side. This one is just right! It's not super hard but not so soft you sink into it. It is a little smaller than a standard pillow so I don't know if you could use it by itself (I put it ontop of my other flat pillow) and it is perfect! It also comes with it's own little pillow case which is good because it is oddly shaped. It's just a great item and I would highly recommend it to anyone with a cpap who likes to sleep on their side.

I bought this for husband who uses a CPAP machine b/c of sleep apnea. He needs the pillow to support his neck, which is sensitive b/c he had a cervical discectomy and fusion surgery about 5 years ago as well. He can sleep comfortably and has no trouble with the machine, either. One suggestion is to buy an extra pillowcase, however. When you need to change the pillowcase, you have to wash it the same day unless you have a spare.Read Best Reviews of Core Products CPAP Pillow 4" Height - Item# 280 Here
DH got his full face CPAP mask and machine on Monday. By Wednesday he knew a regular pillow was not going to work for him. Adjusting to the mask was difficult enough let alone having to fight with an unsuitable pillow. Without delay I searched Amazon and after reading the reviews took a chance on this pillow. I am happy to say this morning DH is a very happy camper, well rested and extremely pleased with his new functional pillow. To start with this is Saturday, March 31. The pillow was not supposed to be delivered until today, but glory be to our sweet surprise the box from Amazon was on my doorstep by Friday afternoon. Of course DH had to try it out first thing and he was pleased with it right out of the box. It is smaller than I expected but DH is a side sleeper and had been complaining about having too much pillow anyway. As it turns out the size is perfect even for his big head.
Last night was the first night DH slept through the night without the mask coming apart or breaking the seal. The pillow was perfect, not too high, not too hard or too soft. The pillow case which comes with it is manufactured to precisely fit this pillow, and is elasticized for ease in slipping the case onto the curves and contours of this pillow. The case is amazingly soft to the touch. It will be very expensive to order a spare from Core Products, the manufacturer, but I will do it because this pillow is a keeper!
And it's made in the USA!
There are other heights (3" and 5") available from the manufacturer that might benefit very petite or very large people but at a greater cost.
MORE: It is now the middle of April and DH tells me almost daily how pleased he is with his pillow. I have ordered and received two extra form fitting pillow cases from the manufacturer. They are of the same soft, stretchy, material and of the same quality as the original pillow case that came with the pillow. I have washed and dried the original pillow case with no special treatment and it came out looking and feeling just fine.

If you grind a lot like me, you may find that they don't last forever though I need a new one every 5 months or so.
Be sure to ask the seller to send you the latest version of the Dura the company (SleepRight) has updated the model in the last couple of years, with major improvements to the bite pads (wider and thicker) and a less flimsy wing design. I have once received the old version from a seller here on Amazon and had to give it up since it moved out of position during the night and therefore didn't work to prevent grinding.

recently, i purchased the sleepright adjustable low-profile night guard for some severe nightly grinding. this night guard was the first out of about 4 or 5 that i have purchased that actually fit my mouth properly. it gives 4-5 adjustments that can be used to fit yourself properly. my mouth closes completely when i wear it during the night. also, it is designed so that it does not move around at all while you sleep. i highly recommend this product to anyone that has found other options too bulky. i plan on continuing to use this as long as i continue to grind... which could be forever. i know that i will be absolutely satisfied with it!Read Best Reviews of SleepRight Dental Guard Here
I've had this mouthguard about a week and I absolutely love it. I grind my teeth pretty bad when I sleep so I always wake up with sore spots on the sides of my tongue. I was a bit hesitant to spend $40 on a plastic mouthpiece but it has been so worth it!Not only are the sore spots on my tongue completely gone, but I have no trouble keeping the mouthguard in my mouth all night long. With other devices, I would unknowingly remove it in the middle of the night. But that has not happened to me even once. It's very comfortable and I would highly recommend it!The price was right to try this out, but the sides were too tall for my mouth. They left my gums feeling sore and bruised and I couldn't wear it the next night. I'm female, with what I'd guess is an average mouth size. My husband also tried one of these, but after a friend said that their dentist-made mouth guard has lasted many years, he decided to go that route. I wouldn't recommend this product, but if you want to try it, females (at least) should go for the low profile version.
Turmeric Phytosome with Meriva 500 mg 60 Caps by Swanson Ultra
I take 1 meriva/day in the middle of a large meal. I use it for mild IBD and the effects are impressive. Anyone who has IBD knows whether or not a supplement works. And Meriva does.
Another great and tasty way to get curcumin into your system in a bioavailable form is to mix turmeric powder (1 tablespoon) with a few tablespoons of almond butter. You might want to mix in a few sprinkles of black pepper to increase the potency of the curcumin. Both of the aforementioned curcumin preparations have helped me so much that I felt obligated to write this review to help get the word out and ease suffering.

I've suffered with insomnia for years and have tried many things including prescription drugs. My mom told me about Midnite and I'm so happy she did. I chew up 2 taboets right as I'm getting into bed and within 30 minutes I'm asleep. I'm 52 so some nights I do wake up in the middle of the night for no apparent reason but I chew up one more tablet and go back to sleep with no problem. I wake up refreshed and most importantly not hung over. I've taken Midnite as late as 3 AM and woke up at 7 AM feeling just fine. Wash your face to remove excess oil before applying. Also, make sure you've eaten and that you're hydrated so you don't try screwing your face up to drink, etc.
A reasonable layer will draw unwanted substances from the pores. If you're doing a home-spa treatment and you've finished the bath and the lotions, and you're going to relax for a half hour or something, put on a thick layer, put a fan on your face and let the thick layer dry while you relax and hold your face still. If you leave this on overnight, you will wake up looking really rejuvenated... and the drying process with the fan feels great.
((It's a little silly to walk around with a deadpan expression all night, but if your significant other doesn't mind, or you're single, I think you'll be surprised at how smooth and fresh everything looks in the morning.))
Leaving the mask on for an hour does the pore stuff. Leaving it on overnight does something else I can't quite explain. Do whichever you want. After it's off, slather on a good night cream and don't use anything exfoliating for three days. Scrubbing the mask off is enough abrasion for a while.
I like to use this product twice per month if I have the time.
p.s. If you leave it on overnight, put your hair up/away and cover your pillowcase with towel or use one you're ok with tossing in the hamper. It does flake off if you go to bed with it on and smells a bit odd.
Enjoy. It's a bargain.

I adore this stuff I use it about every two to four weeks and every time I'm delighted with how soft and clean my skin feels compared to when i just use my usual daily face wash.I'll just jump right into some pro's and cons
Pro's
-As i said before my skin just feels so nice after using it
How much use you get from one jar! I bought this jar months ago and it's only maybe half gone, and that's with my mother occasionally using it too.
It's easy to use, i was a little apprehensive about buying it on account of how long you're supposed to leave it on, but i keep the jar on a night stand in my room, i slap it on and then watch tv or whatever til it's dry.
I'll use a tiny dab on a blemish and leave it on over night (it usually flakes off in my sleep) and the next morning if it isn't completely gone it looks atleast 3 times better.
the smell is very nice.
As far as con's I really only have one, and I think it's more of a slightly sensitive skin issue then really the products fault, and that's that the mint burns just a tiny bit nothing unbearable or even enough to make me stop using it but just enough to make me probably buy one of the other varieties like the peach or mud pack version after i run out.
Want Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque 12 oz. Jar Discount?
Pros:It does clean off many (not all) blackheads and seems to reduce the size of existing pimples, although it does not get rid of them.
It does not irritate my skin, although I do need to moisturize soon after using it.
The large size jar is a great idea and will last quite a long time--however, you need to keep it tightly closed.
I have accidentally gotten it on my clothes and it has never left a stain... however, I would still be careful about it.
Very thick texture and mild cooling sensation--feels great! You can feel your skin tightening when it's drying.
Cons: (Basically all the downsides of using any mask)
Takes a long time to dry if you're using a lot--sometimes it takes about 15 minutes for me.
Takes forever to clean off. I usually use it before a shower to open up my pores--that makes it easy to clean off.
It can get very messy both when you're applying and cleaning off. It will crack apart and flake a little.
Other notes:
I use it once or twice a week--I suspect that people with sensitive skin (like me) will have problems if they use it too often.
I would not use this on broken skin.
It is not a miracle product. It will not magically make everything about your face better. However, it is a good mask and cleaner if you have the patience to use it, and it won't make your face any worse.

I bought this out of complete desperation. I did not think it would work, and really felt that I probably just wasted $100 of my hard-earned money. Man, was I wrong!!! I don't know how it worked, but it did, and I am thrilled. The alarm was for my 7 year old son, who never had a dry night in his life. The first 15 nights were brutal....he either woke up screaming from fear (the first few times it goes off, it seems so incredibly loud), or he slept thru it (hard to believe, I know). Then, on the 16th night, he woke up BEFORE the alarm went off...and went pee. This has now happened for 5 nights IN A ROW. I'm not waiving the Victory Flag quite yet, but all signs are that I will be able to wave it soon.I gave the alarm 4 stars (not 5) because I think it could use some improvement, plus the thing really comes w/very few tips on how to use it successfully. I had to search all over the internet for those tips, and I will pass them on here (a bit later in the review).
The alarm is pinned on to the pj's, w/a big, old-fashioned baby safety pin. Not only does that look dorky, it puts holes in the pj's! I would think some sort of magnet (like they have on name badges) would work much better, and look better too. The instructions tell you to pin the alarm on the OUTSIDE of the pj's, but when you do that, it flops all around. And since the pin is on the top of the unit, it has a tendancy to "flop" around if it's pinned to the outside shoulder of the pj's. So I pinned it to the INSIDE of my son's jammies, to kind of hold it in one place, which seems to work.
The instructions tell you not to unplug the "jack" portion of the alarm (they never say WHY you shouldn't do this) to get it to stop alarming, but that's exactly what I did, just to save some time, and to get the thing to stop screaming as quickly as possible. When your kid has to pee RIGHT NOW, the last thing you want to be doing is fumbling w/the "clip" around the crotch of their undies. I just had my son take off his wet underpants, and I undid the clip at that time. When I got the dry underpants all rigged up w/the clip again, I just plugged the "jack" back into the alarm unit, and pushed the reset button (the reset button does NOT turn off the alarm). Also, I found that the "sensor" had to be blown-dry (for about 15 seconds or so) after it went off, or it would just alarm immediately, even on a dry pair of undies. That entire process can be quite cumbersome in the middle of the night, especially when you have to do it 2,3 or even 4 times per night. That's why I did not give the alarm 5 stars.
And now for some tips:
1. Do NOT allow your child to hoodwink you into making the alarm use vibration alone. They will sleep thru the alarm (trust me on that one).
2. Do NOT put on a pull-up OVER the underwear. Part of the learning process is letting the child "feel the pee".
3. The second week is harder than the first, so don't be discouraged.
4. Do NOT turn the alarm off until your child is standing at the toilet (or sitting if it's a girl), ready to pee. The child needs to REMEMBER the alarm going off, and then getting up to go pee. If they don't remember that, it's not going to work.
5. Do NOT withold liquids a few hours before bedtime. In fact, do the opposite.
6. If your child does not wake up when the alarm goes off, then turn on the light in their room, and say their name over and over. Don't whipser their name, but don't scream it either...just said it in a normal voice. If that still doesn't work (this happened w/my son during week #2), then get a washcloth wet with cold water, and swab their face, arms, legs until they DO wake up. Make sure the alarm is still alarming during all of this. VERY IMPORTANT!!! They have to learn to listen to the signal that their brain sends, telling them to get up and GO PEE.
So there you have it. Like I said earlier, I had ZERO confidence that this thing would cure my son of bedwetting, but it proved me wrong. Yeah, it's expensive, but it is so worth it!!!

Our 9 year old had had perhaps a handful of dry nights in his life, so we were ready to try the alarm. First of all, the thing is really tiny, about half a pack of cards, so it really doesn't get in the way too much. The blue unit attaches to their pajama top with a big, well-protected safety pin, and that is attached to the detection part (which is a small clip about 1cm by 2cm), which clips into their underpants (easy for boys with Y-fronts, not sure what people do for girls).I STRONGLY recommend buying the alarm with the book we bought at the same time "Waking up Dry" by Howard Bennett. It explains what the real statistics on bedwetting are, the biology of urination, what your child is going through and how to be ready to use the alarm. The time the child spends doing their "homework" (nothing to it really, but will help them stick to the task and make it seem do-able). The book should be compulsory reading for all parents with a bed-wetting child, and its written so that it can be read easily (and understood) by children.
After a couple weeks getting ready, we finally tried the alarm. The combination of the vibration and alarm sound was VERY good at waking him up, and he's a heavy sleeper. The first thing this showed us was that he was typically peeing twice a night and sometimes 3 times!! We wondered how long it was going to take, because from my research bedwetters that age are typically only going once a night. However, within the first week he was already waking himself to go to the bathroom BEFORE the alarm went off. It only took a few nights before when it did go off, he was able to stop the pee so quickly that the sheets did not get wet at all, and he did 90% of the pee in the toilet. Halleluja!!! Its now 2 months later and he's not using the alarm, and we're almost 100% dry... Between the alarm and the book its the best $100 you'll ever spend on your child. Truly amazing.

My daughter is 11 years old and hadn't had more than a handful of dry nights in her life. I was skeptical that an alarm would work for her because she is a very heavy sleeper. In the past when we have woken her during the night to go to the bathroom she would not remember it the next morning. After a week with the alarm we started seeing progress. This alarm has both a sound and vibration and it woke her every time. After a few nights with the alarm waking her she was able to unhook it and take care of everything without any help. My daughter has now been completely dry for three weeks and we are going to stop using the alarm this week! Like many of the reviews I read before buying this alarm, I wish we had tried this years ago.
One of the most helpful tips I read in the product reviews was to put your child in regular underwear, but to let them where Goodnights or Pull-ups over the underwear. This worked great for us. The first couple of nights when the alarm woke her, her bed was not wet so she just had to change her underwear and Goodnight. After that, she woke up so quickly that she only had to change her underwear because the Goodnight was still dry.
Can't say enough about this product. We are so glad we finally tried it!I stumbled on this item as I was researching night time potty training for my 6.5 year girl. She really wanted to get out of pull-ups but is a heavy sleeper and just was not waking up. I had tried limiting drinks, having her go right before she went to bed and waking her up a couple times at night but it was not working. I bought this alarm and the Priva Ultra Plus Waterproof Sheet Protector, 34" x 52", White (so I could stop changing sheets in the night) The alarm comes with a chart to track progress which I use and have found very helpful (an I am not the tracking type).
The first night it went off about 10 minutes after I put her down. I figured out she wanted to know what it would be like in the night fair enough. That night and two more nights, it went off about 11 PM and 5 AM pretty consistently. The 4th night the alarm went off once at 4 AM with slightly damp panties. After that she started either getting up to go potty or not needing to go until the morning. We were dry until the 10th night the alarm went off once very damp panties. Since then we have been dry.
It has been 4.5 weeks sine we started this process. Three weeks after starting the alarm we stopped using the alarm but I have kept the sheet protector on until we get done with the progress chart which is a total of 6 weeks about a 10 more days to go.
I would call this a HUGE success!
BodyMedia FIT Advantage Armband Weight Management System
Some basic info: The Dashboard gives you a basic review of your progress using a bar graph. There are shaded areas that guide you to the goals the program has set for you based on your personal information. It asks you to report a daily weight reading and reflects losses with this info. The medium size armband that came with it was too snug (I'm a size 18 to 20), I had already bought a large size with the package. The large arm band kept sliding down for 2 days until I found the right spot and adjustment that worked. I do not wave my arms around for aerobic exercise. GoWear display is not updated second by second with the armband. Nutrition information is only as accurate as you log it. With nutrition logging, you can enter a recipe, create a food that is displayed under My Foods. It keeps a list of frequent foods you have logged. GoWear display is a separate purchase from the armband.
PROS: Armband can be programed to beep the GoWear display with preset options such as time to drink, exercise, etc. Tracks 'personal bests', which is motivational. Can track waist circumference measurement (optional). Assembled in Canada, not China. Armband is latex free. Easy to remove food from the nutrition log. Replacement parts available. Decorative skin decals available for the armband monitor. Drop down displays on the Dashboard give detailed info on information that has been logged (steps, sleep graphs etc, by clicking the arrow on the left side of the graph next to what you want to look up) this keeps a simple to read reference. Armband monitor beeps the GoWear display when targets for the day have been met. Watchband for the GoWear display will not easily come apart when fastened, no excess length to hang off the end either. GoWear display is interchangeable with a clip to wear on your waist or pocket. GoWear display is scratch resistant. Nutrition log on the Dashboard under Calories Consumed gives a thorough list of nutrients you consumed along with a pie chart of the balance of carbs, protein, fat and alcohol. Armband beeps when it has lost contact or finds contact with your skin, otherwise it is silent. You can buy armbands with different colored plastic frames. The armband module can only fit into the plastic frame one way. At the end of the day, the program will tell you on the Dashboard if you are on a weight loss trend. I find this to be the most valuable aspect to let me know I am doing things right, especially when the numbers on the scale are not budging downward.
CONS: It is not water proof, it can not be worn for water sports. Armband can have a hard time reading you if your skin is cold. You need to have basic knowledge of healthy eating habits. I could not find detailed instructions on using the program, I learned as I went along. If you have the GoWear display, you must make sure it's firmly seated on the clip or wrist band by turning it until you feel it click together. Arthritic fingers may have a hard time doing this, along with fastening the wristband together. Printing on the GoWear display along the outside edge is tiny: Calories, Steps, Activity, etc. Displayed reading of actual steps, calories, time is easy to read. It counted steps while I was asleep, and I don't sleep walk (it tracked 4-6 steps). Clip for the GoWear display does not open very far to slide onto clothes. Steps measured by the armband did vary from the GoWear display, but not by much. GoWear will get out of sync with the armband, it will tell you to sync it. You have to press the button on the armband to do this. Sometimes I have to bend my arm to get the two within close proximity to achieve this. So, it can be awkward to press the armband without losing skin contact. I've noticed wearing thick clothing can lead to the two getting out of sync. The manufacturer suggests you clean the band by hand, not a washing machine. The armband module was a little difficult at first to pop out for cable syncing, but it became easier the more I did that. It's possible to put the armband on upside down, and it won't work that way.
I have had no problem using Windows 7 with this. I like Linux, and was able to log nutrition info with SAMity Linux. I did not upload with the USB cable via Linux and I would not recommend a purchase of this magnitude if you only run on Linux. Bodymedia sent me to a window listing compatible operating systems while trying to log food, I clicked on the Continue button at the bottom and was able to complete the task.
Sorry for the long entry, but with the amount of money one may want to sink into this system, the more information, the better decision one can make.I purchased one through Jenny Craig. At first was excited about the product and wore it for several days and synced the data regularly. What I noticed though was the activity portion was way off in accuracy.
For example from the uploaded data: When I woke and had breakfast, got dressed it logged that I was doing vigorous exercise. Later in the day I ran a mile and it logged it as moderate exercise, no vigourous activity. I verified the location of the sensor on my left arm and it was in place in the exact location recommended.
I had similar experiences the next day. Morning time which is quit for me had huge spikes in activity, but later on the stationary bike it showed only modest activity, even though I was churning out sweat and had a heart rate of around 140bpm for 45 minutes.
Driving in the car also was listed as vigorous activity. I'm wondering if because it uses a 3 point accelerometer that the motion of the car was setting it off. This might also account for the stationary bike reading being so low, since you are not moving and neither are your arms.
It seems like a promising start, but since the activity data is off, probably the calories are also. I just don't trust any of the readings from it at this point. I might work better for people whose primary activity is walking and running.

I have been using this device for about two weeks now, along with the online Activity Manager, to keep track of calories consumed and burned. With respect to the device's monitoring functions, it really is quite amazing. It appears to be at least as accurate as any other device or system for counting the calories I burn, and it is consistent with my expectations for energy expenditure during various activities. I should add that those expectations are based upon a fair amount of research. I am also amazed at how accurately it is able to tell when I am exercising, walking around or sleeping. If I fall asleep in my recliner for half an hour, that fact is clearly reflected in the data and Activity Manager displays when the unit is synced with Activity Manager. After a couple of days of getting used to it, the unit is unobtrusive when worn on the left arm. For the most part, I don't even know it is there. I have no trouble sleeping with it or wearing it while working out. I have had no problem with syncing it with activity manager, although it is a bit less reliable when used with the application on my Android based smartphone. While very lightweight, the unit itself seems sturdy enough and I do not anticipate any problems in that area.
In short, if the evaluation was simply of the unit itself and the online activity manager, it would be a four to five star item. The problem is that the unit itself is only part of a package. The food database in Activity Manager is terrible. I have had to input the data for most of what I have eaten since I started using this device. I rarely had this problem when using the online sites "fatsecret" or "myfitnesspal." The device is constantly coming unlinked from my bluetooth smartphone, so it is necessary several times a day to log back in with e-mail address and password, or to completely restart the program to get it to link.
Finally, customer service and support is simply unacceptable. I have had a replacement strap for the armband on order for two weeks now (original one has been damaged entirely through my own fault) and have heard nothing from BodyMedia about when it will be shipped. I sent an inquiry four days ago and heard nothing except for the acknowledgment that my inquiry had been recieverd until I called today and was informed that they were out of straps and could not tell me if they would be in in a week, a month, six months or ever. Once the original strap completely fails, all I have left is an expensive device that is not even heavy enough to be a paperweight. Their lack or response and the fact that they do not keep replacement parts like this in stock and don't even have a sufficient relationship with their supplier to know when they will get more, makes the device of questionable utility.
It's a great concept and a good device ruined by poor customer support. I would not recommend to anyone until the supply and support problems are resolved.

I was a bit skeptical about this device's ability to accurately measure my caloric output per day, but after receiving it and trying it for almost 6 weeks, I'm astounded, frankly. I have tracked my food intake carefully using the web site, and have worn the device faithfully over that time. The bottom line is over the course of a few weeks, Bodymedia reported I'd burned 40,250 calories (that is, calories out minus calories in). In theory, at 3,500 calories per pound, I should have lost 11.5 pounds at that point. Incredibly, according to the scale, I'd lost 11.8 pounds. And that wasn't just a one-time thing. Over time, if I graph my weight versus what it "should" be based on the reported calorie deficit reported by Bodymedia, my actual weight remains within 1 pound of the weight predicted simply by using the calories Bodymedia says I burned.
For the first time ever (and I've dieted and lost weight several times over the years) I feel like I have complete control of the process. By simply maintaining a 1,000 calorie deficit, per day, according to the Bodymedia web site, I lose about 2 pounds a week, like clockwork. I weigh daily, and sure, due to water intake variations and such my day-to-day results can move around, but if I average it week-to-week, the result is a smooth, predictable weight loss, easier than anything I've done before.
While I pay attention to what I eat for health reasons, I no longer worry about the "neolithic" diet, or the "zone" diet, or the "South Beach" diet, or any of that stuff... this device breaks it down into two numbers: calories in, and calories out. And the difference equals predictable weight loss, regardless of what you eat to take in calories, or what you do to burn them up. It's fantastically easy and straightforward. I use the Android smartphone app to enter my food, which means, since I have my phone on me all the time, that entering food is easy, immediate, and not something I have to take a lot of extra time for or that requires that I write down or remember anything. I just punch it in as I go.
I can tell you with perfect confidence that if I burn another 70,000 calories according to Bodymedia, I will have lost 20 pounds, plus or minus about 1 pound. The only choice for me is how fast I wind up burning up those 70,000 calories. The rest is inevitable. It's really quite empowering.
This has been the most effective use of money in helping me reach my goals than anything else I've done regarding my health and weight loss.

I was able to find this unit on sale (-$30) and in stock since it has been back ordered around the holidays. I did not want to wait to get started. The first 3 months service are free. They charge $7 a month for the next 9 months if you purchase a year plan and then you have to call them to cancel after that. I don't think you really need the separate display or blue tooth version which add to the cost but give immediate display feedback.
It is not uncomfortable to wear the band on your upper arm. I have not had any allergic reaction or felt constricted during sleep or exercise.
It is very easy to sync my unit by plugging it into the USB wire they provide when I am going to take a shower since it is only water resistant and not waterproof. The sync starts right up and I can also view the information and log my food on my bodymedia fit iphone app.
It tracks my exercise, my steps, my sleep and has a really good way to enter the food I ate including many name brand items built in and a way to easily copy a meal or typical food you eat. I really think the data is very motivating to make me exercise more and log everything I eat. I lost 3.5 lbs in the first 2 days of using it.

I kid you not ..... in a week to 10 days, thought I could tell a difference, but just decided it was wishful thinking. It's now been three (3) weeks, and I am almost pain free. My left thumb has even stopped slipping out of joint. The knots on my fingers are shrinking. I hardly need to turn, in bed, at night at all. I can prop my feet up, as long as I want, & my knees do not get stiff. I can sit for long lengths of time, get right up, and walk away easily. I honestly cannot believe it. It is definitely the best money this 59 yr old lady has spent in a long time. My 87 yr old Mom & I live together, I work full time, and I keep up our 3 acre yard by myself, therefore I need all of the help I can get. My only regret is that I didn't discover this sooner, but at least I found it now! Just wanted to spread the word. Iceland Health Joint Relief Omega 3 Gelcaps-60 Gelcaps-ships Now As Seen on Tv
How wonderful this product is! Before I purchased this product, due to arthritis in my left knee I could not walk well at all, even falling a few times because of the pain. I purchased this product because of a friends recommendation. Wow what a difference. I am back to walking, mowing, standing and whatever else I can do. This product is just amazing and unbelievable. Thanks and will not go a day without taking this product.

Ever since I began taking Iceland Health Joint Relief, I feel that I have had less pain and inflammation in my joints. I would def recommend this to everyone! I was looking for Omega-3 supplements in a local pharmacy because omega-3 fatty acids can increase HDL levels. I will not know my HDL level till March 2009, but the pain I had in one of my toes is totally gone. I am so happy that I will continue using it daily. I always thought I will have to live with this pain forever but the supplement is no less than a miracle for me. I highly recommend anyone suffering from joint pain to give it a try. This is such an amazing moisturizer!slightly tinted, so I don't have to use as much makeup
feels great on skin, like a light shield
you only need a little bit every time you use it, so it lasts a long time
(just make sure to find a better price: I bought mine for ~$35. The price of $70 is way too much!)I bought this product around 2 months ago and I've been using it every single day. It's white, but once it gets in contact with your skin it blends into your skin color. It's a great product because it moisturize, even out your skin tone, and also acts as a sunscreen. It makes my face look very dewy. All in all it is a bit pricey but it does indeed last forever because you don't need very much when you apply it.

First off, $70? You can get this WAY cheaper from Origins.com or Macy's.Secondly, it's a tinted moisturizer. It's not a "white lotion that blends to your skin color". It's not magic. It has little beads of color and when you rub it into your face, they break open and you get a slight tint. If you're anything other than fair skinned, it's going to have little to no effect.
It has too little SPF for me to use it as a daily moisturizer and it doesn't have enough coverage for me to use it as a foundation, worst of both worlds.
