Purchased this for my husband to improve his daytime sleeping. He works midnights. I decided to try them one night myself just to see how they worked. I slept completely through the night without bathroom trips.I woke up refreshed and I didn't have to shake my arms awake. It usually takes at least a minute for the blood to start flowing in both of my arms upon waking. When I told my husband about it, he expressed that he experienced the same relief from pins and needles. So now, I'm taking it every night as well.
