I've always suffered from a persistent but mild bad breath probably due to high levels of bad bacteria in my mouth. I've noticed a significant drop in the number of throat and sinus infections I get almost like clockwork every year. I have terrible morning breath and my youngest son is prone to cavities so my dentist suggested taking an oral probiotic. So I went and bought one of every brand I could find and now everyone in the family picks one of these 6 to take daily

I wish I could rate one significantly higher than the other, they all seem to help with bad breath and I am crossing my fingers that they will help with my son's cavities, but it really comes down to a matter of what flavor you like and if you will be turned off by a chalky flavor. I feel like the Nature's Plus, both the adult and child versions are a good value, but the Now brand definitely taste the best for a picky child and the Swanson brand is less expensive than the rest.

As the story goes, a New Zealand professor discovered a particular strain of beneficial bacteria in the saliva of schoolchildren whom research determined to be healthier than most, and thus was born BLIS K12. As I type this, I am battling a nasty tonsil infection which hasn't reached surgical levels (yet), so please forgive me if I seem a little incoherent.

I bought it at the grocery store thinking that having a good excuse to drink warm tea-like liquids would help me along. I am very much a tea drinker, and have an electric tea kettle and a huge tub of tea packets to prove it. This does not taste like apple cinnamon tea, that's for sure, but when you're feeling like $&*# and just want something to make the pain go away, it actually tastes kinda-sorta good-fruity, but with a bitter aftertaste. It reminds me of hot lemon more than anything.

While it isn't making my epic sore throat go away completely (I doubt anything could right now), it sure does make me feel a lot better.

Great Product, but wish it was more affordable. Use to be able to buy this in the stores on sale for under $6 a box. Now it has become increasingly hard to find, which is unfortunate because (this is the only product that has ever actually worked to shorten the effects and symptoms of colds and flu..)

It truly does Clear congestion making it easier to breath. quiets coughs, takes away aches, and makes you feel considerably better within 20 minutes.

Kava tastes bad. Unless you're one lucky freak of nature, this is just a given. Airline Sleep Mask

I experience pain and discomfort from Sciatica, and there was a point when it made driving almost unbearable. The concept of a lumbar roll is very useful, and this product fulfills that need, albeit with 2 major obstacles.

A, after a few weeks, this becomes as flat as a pancake and is useless....and B, you can create as good, or better support with an old towel, or generic foam piece or any number of improvised materials. These people pray on one's desperation to feel better, instead of giving you simple directions as to use common household items they lead you to believe this will be that much more effective...well, it isn't so don't waste your money. Lumbar support it very useful, but you absolutely do not need this product to obtain it.

I've had this about two weeks and am disappointed in it. The strap doesn't fasten well around a standard office chair and easily loosens. The roll says it's a "standard firmness." That's a meaningless description and makes it hard to make a sensible purchase. I'd say that this roll is not even as firm as what you would have by rolling up a normal terrycloth towel into a roll form. Worse, after only a few days, the roll became deformed just by virtue of having used it. I'm going to now spend the $ for the "firmer" roll but am not terribly optimistic given the quality of this product.

I have been using this product since 1990, and it has been a lifesaver for me. I tried many other lumbar supports and none worked nearly as well as this one. However, all were highly regarded by other back sufferers. What this shows is that each individual's back pain is highly idiosyncratic, and if you are a back sufferer, you need to shop around and find the aid that is best for you. It appears from the reviews that the McKenzie lumbar roll has been good for a large number of people, so if I were new to this game and seeking relief for the first time, I would certainly give it a try. My next comment is that the strap has not worked for me. I took it off with the first roll and have never looked back. Not using the strap means that my roll is constantly being inserted (manually, each time I sit down) at different orientations. This is probably why I have not experienced the "flattening" that several reviewers complain about. My last point is that the firmness of a lumbar support is one of the most personalized features that back sufferers should be seeking -a firmness that pleases one person will be too hard or soft for others. That being so, you need to experiment. I have found the standard McKenzie roll to be exactly right for me, after I have used it for a couple of weeks. It DOES soften up a bit, but for me that is perfect. If you find the standard firmness too soft after some use, then try the firmer one. To summarize, I literally cannot live without this product. It goes with me everywhere. I have lost many over the years -I am logging in now to order two more, having forgotten one recently on an airplane. however, I always have spares, at work and at home, and am replenishing my spare supply right now. If you are a back sufferer like me (I once spent six months laid up in bed with back pain), then try this product.

When I first got this, I was surprised at the texture of the balm it had sort of a thick, paste-like consistency. This means that it doesn't smooth on as well as I would have hoped, but other than that I am very happy with it. This worked for me in softening my skin. I have extremely sensitive skin and sometimes breakout in terrible bouts of eczema. I took allergy tests and found out that I am allergic to chemical preservatives often found in "hypo-allergenic" products. This night balm does work really well. I wake up each time with glowing skin and no imperfections (redness, pores, etc). However, my 1 complaint is it's really greasy feeling on the skin. I love going to bed with soft, silky smooth skin. This makes my skin feel oily, which in turn makes me afraid to get it on my pillow. BUT, despite that, the results are worth it. It really revives dull skin and makes me feel super healthy!

I have only been using this product for a week, but I really like it! It moisturizes well and it does give you a nice glow. Although I'm only 20 and don't have really uneven skin, I did want brighter more radiant skin, and I think that this will do that over time--naturally!
