I had been on Valium, Klonipin and xanax for almost 10 years, since my late teens, having to switch back and forth between benzos and upping the dosage because of tolerance. I suffer from anxiety, not all the time but have some bad bouts here and there. I have used prescription medication which worked but I don't need it consistently and I don't care for being on 'drugs'. I tried the Similasan anxiety relief, it helped a little but not enough for me. I tried this product and it works! As well as the prescription stuff, no, but pretty darn close. If I still feel anxious after 20 minutes, I'll take another dose and that usually works. The bottle says you can take a dose every half hour. For every day prevention of anxiety, I take 200 mg of L-theanine in the morning. When anxiety hits, I take Stress & Tension Relief.

I bought these because even though I have been in multiple plays and recitals, I still have AWFUL stage fright. I was hoping these would help me relax. Tylenol PM Extra Strength Pain Reliever + Sleep Aid, 225-Caplets

Long standing relationship with tylenol PM. It's been helping me sleep more soundly and through the night for the last 2 years or so. I strugged with restlessness and an overactive mind that would either keep me up or only give me a few hours sleep per night. Taking the PM helped level me off of that and got me to sleep 6-7 hours nightly.

Be sure you're aware of the dosing and instructions before you take it because it could be dangerous if you take too many. I always take it early with 45 minutes to an hour before I'd like to be asleep so I give it plenty of time to kick in. About every other month or so I'll cycle off it and take melatoninMelatonin (10 Grams) for 4-6 weeks to keep from developing an immunity to the PM. Melatonin has the same effect on sleep and restlessness, plus it's all natural so that's a nice change of pace too. After that, I switch back to the PM so I don't get to used to either of them.

As far as pain relief, I never took the PM just for that purpose so I can't really attest to that. I do know if I've been in pain, I've still been able to go to sleep while taking it, so that's a plus.

We've used this for years in the evening for pain and to help us sleep at the same time. My husband takes many medications, so his doctor only recommends this for his pain at night. I don't like to take any more medication than I need, so this product takes the pain away at night, and I do not have any ill effects in the morning. And it's impossible to find locally!

I always loved this product and had to resort to Amazon to see if anyone was selling it. It seems that there has been a recall since Feb 2012 and that is because it contains Acetaminophen which seems to give people liver problems. I didn't realize this when I ordered it, but, I really enjoyed this product as it has given me endless extra hours of sleep without side effects. I mix it sometimes with my Ibuprofen PM products. It seems that the generic brands are still on shelves. I hope Tylenol comes to a conclusion as it has helped billions of people and that is why I still use it.

Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Small/Medium

Breathe Right nasal strips are the best non-drug, non-prescription product out on the market for providing opening of the nasal passageways allowing greater intake of air flow due to the normal closure of the mucous membranes during sleep. Even if you do not have difficulty breathing during sleep, Breathe Right comfortably creates a greater opening of the nasal passages than is otherwise possible without it. I would recommend Breathe Right to anyone who has no breathing difficulty through anyone who has mild sleep apnea. Severe sleep apnea requires a CPAP device or a corrective medical procedure. I prefer the tan to the clear [the clear does not have enough adhesive to last all night]. Small/Med will fit most people's nose. Med/Large is only needed if you have a big nose.

If you are a "nose breather" and have nasal passages that develop restricted air flow when you lay down, or perhaps you have a deviated septum, or both, you will almost certainly find Breathe Right Nasal Strips to be of great help at improving your sleep--and possibly reducing your snoring.

The strip attaches to your nose using a mild but effective adhesive, and two plastic "springs" want to straighten out, lifting the outside of the nose just enough to provide clear air passages.

Learning to install the strip to your best advantage can be a trial and error exercise. The instructions show one position to install the strip, but it isn't necessarily the best for each person. If your nose is long, the position shown might not lift at the best spot, making you think these won't work for you.

There are two lengths of strips, one marked "small/medium" and one marked "large". Most folks need the small/medium. If the strip comes down onto your face, use the smaller strip. The strips also come in a clear version and a "scratch and sniff" version with menthol. They now have a new "super" version that is much wider, covering more of the nose with 3 springs, that makes it much easier to place the strip effectively.

If you feel the outside of your nose, squeezing lightly, you will note there is a cartilage ridge that supports the center of your nose from top to bottom. There are also two projections of harder cartilage that support the sides of the nose up near your face. Most folks can't lift the hard cartilage away from the center ridge, but just below the hard side cartilage, there is soft flesh that the Breathe Right strip will easily lift. I find that I need to place the strip just below the hard cartilage to get the most effect from the strip.

I don't care what they look like when I wear them, and I have no intention to wake up to scratch the menthol to activate it, so I stick with the small/medium tan version.

Something you might notice is that when you first lay down, your nose will want to "close up" even when wearing the strip. This is because you get the blood that was "pooling" in your legs while standing to equalize into the rest of the body when you lay down, swelling the nasal membranes. Generally this effect will go away in a few minutes as your blood vessels and heart adjust. Raising the head of your bed 6 or 8 inches can also minimize this effect.

A con for these strips is that dry and cold weather will cause your skin to thin and get dry. When this happens you must be very careful when you remove the strip in the morning. Removing it in a hot shower with soap usually eases removal. If you are not careful, you will remove a small area of the epidermis on the top of your nose, and possibly on your cheek if the strip is too long. A tiny amount of lotion (apply with a Q-tip) on the top of your nose before installing the strip will prevent the problem.

This leads into one more item, cleaning your nose before installing the strip. Folks are different, but many folks have oily or waxy skin on the sides of their nose. Excessive oil, wax, lotion, etc. will prevent the strip from sticking properly. Wash and dry your face before installing the strip. If your nose is still too oily or waxy, and this happens certain times of the year, use a little alcohol or Sea Breeze to wipe only the sides of your nose before installation.

Amazingly, the strip will generally keep sticking even if you exercise and sweat a lot, but it does make it easier to remove the strip, so if you exercise first thing in the morning, keep the strip on until after you finish your exercise regimen.

So what about snoring? If you are a nose-breather, using Breathe Right nasal Strips will reduce how much you open your mouth to breathe, and that will reduce snoring. It will also prevent the vibration in your nose that causes some snoring. It will not reduce the snoring that emanates from your throat when your tongue falls and the sides of your throat vibrate when you breathe through your mouth. Breathe Right has made two products that help with throat snoring. One is Breathe Right Throat Spray and the other is Breathe Right Throat Strips. The spray has been remarkably effective for me, while the strips, if placed far enough back on the tongue (hard for me to do) are also quite effective. What the spray does is coat your throat with some pleasant oils that lubricate the flesh and keep it taught. Most amazing is that it has eliminated my sore throats. Unfortunately, Breathe Right has been bought by a large company and it appears that they are only going to continue making the strips. C'est la vie.

Breathe Right nasal strips are the most effective way of increasing the flow of air into and out of the nasal passages during sleep. When you adhere the strip to the outside of your nose, the strip springs open and provides more space for air to flow during inhalation and exhalation through the nostrils. The strips come in Tan and Clear and in sizes Small/Medium and Large. I like the Tan because they stay on the nose all night as opposed to the Clear which are less adhesive and more prone to falling off. Most people will use the Small/Medium size unless your nose is large. When applying the strip, only remove the backing so that the outside ends of the strip are adhesive (leave the middle part covering the bridge of the nose unadhesive). No problem with supplier. Excellent service. I've used the strips many times in the past and they were perfect. They still are, however, the adhesive is now TOO good. I have a really difficult time getting the strips off my nose, even with water and soap. I've had to stop using them because my nose get so sore, even on the inside. Macks Snoozers Silicone Putty Earplugs

I have ultra sensitive hearing and survived college dorms and noisy hotel rooms thanks to Mack's silicon ear plugs (the semi-transparent type). They are effectivemuch better than the foam type, reusableI go through one pair in about 1 month, and reasonably priced. Now I have come across Mack's Snoozers, and they are even softer. They also don't seem to collect dust as easily. The label says you can only use it up to 5 times, but I find if you wash them with warm soap water when they are dirty (for me who use it every night means about 10 days), they become usable again.

I am very glad Amazon carries this item. The package was nicely sealed and shipment arrived timely and in good condition.

Working a 3rd shift position I have always relied on Mack's clear silicone earplugs over any other brand,to block out noise during the day while I try to sleep. I have never seen these silicone putty one's in any local store,when I came across them here. I'm not really sure what the difference between these and the clear silicone Mack earplugs are? I do find though that the putty one's do not hold in my ear as long as the clear silicone one's. I get 3 day use out of these before they start falling out of my ear,while I sleep. Unlike the clear silicone one's where they last me a week for each pair. After I use up what I bought I'll go back to the clear silicone.

LOVE THEM. They somehow manage to block out most annoying noises (neighbors, loud trucks outside, etc) yet still allow me to hear my alarm in the morning. Effective and also gentle on the ears (I find certain kinds of earplugs to be quite painful.)

The only downside: they start losing their stickiness and begin falling out of my ears after only 2 or 3 nights so I have to purchase them more frequently than I'd like. But this is a minor issue. The important thing is, I am a light sleeper and still manage to get enough rest thanks to these!

Wow this really is a must have product, especially if you have allergies. The difference between the regular filter and the hypoallergenic is mind blowing. I used the regular filter and in 3 months it looks almost like new, hardly any dirt caught. I then used the Hypoallergenic one, and in one month it was filthy grayish color. It really does catch more dust and other things. I would recommend this over the regular filters, which I know feel are worthless.

These filters are a consumable part for my CPAP machine, and have to be changed monthly. These are the correct part I can't say much more than that. The advantage to me by ordering through Amazon.com is that I don't have to make the long drive to the VA Medical Center and then stand in long lines to get some, even if they are free. I subtracted one star because of the small quantity (two). I would prefer to be able to buy a larger quantity such as a dozen at one time. They are small enough and light enough (less than 0.5 g each) that the postage will almost certainly be the same, and it would be amortized over the larger quantity. I would recommend these for anyone who needs these for this model CPAP machine.

I am most happy with how it has not stretched out, as was the problem with my old sleep masks (which were also too thin). This product uses a bra strap for the band and it is very durable. I have had mine for about a year and it truly works well. The only gripe I have is that, for my face, with chubby cheeks, I wish the cut of the shape were slightly less long on the parts that cover south of your nose. Additionally, I only use the satin side and over time, there has been some accumulation of sweat/oil which I am not sure how to clean off, due to the scented nature of the product. However, don't let either of those two things put you off. This product will be the only sleep mask brand you will ever need again.

I've been a raging insomniac the last few years especially in the winter.

I've been using this product a lot in the last year or 2... it works for me, 1 or 2 caps puts me out 90% of the time. A few notes on my experience:

1) Take it just before bedtime. If you take it too soon before going to bed, I find it doesn't seem to work so well.

2) Don't be tempted to take more than the recommended amount (2 caps). I find with 2 I can really feel the effects, a kind of fuzzy glow comes over me and then the next thing I know the alarm is going off... I tried 3 once when really stressed out and needing to sleep, and it put me to sleep all right, but not before making me feel v weird, and not in a pleasant way. Sometimes I think the product may be causing my heart beat to speed up a little and become more vigorous, which is curious but doesn't seem to keep me awake.

3) I find that sometimes I wake up feeling fully refreshed after less hours of sleep (5 or 6) than normal after taking the product. I have a feeling this might be the tryptophan, as 5-HTP used to have a similar effect.

I think this product is pretty cool and have repeat purchased it several times. It has saved me from insomnia, though I don't give it a 5 because it can make me feel mildly strange sometimes.

But working nights it has really helped sleeping during the days when I just don't feel like going to bed .. I recently bought Garnier Ultra-Lift Moisturizer and was excited to have a little money to buy it. Turned 58 this year and had read positive recommendations about using it for wrinkles and overall skin smoothing. Surprise!! I developed a nasty rash on my neck,and some on my face: basically, Contact Dermatitis...severe itching, redness, rash that made me very miserable. I subsequently did some research and the three "Active Ingredients" listed on the back have caused many people to have the same reactions. There are some medical concerns about "Avobenzone" also, and its use as a sunscreen. Just be careful if you buy this product and try it on a small area first. I had a couple of unpleasant nights and days because of it.

The speed and maneuverability of the Prower is awesome. However, the equipment is not as sturdy as you might like. Within two weeks the back roll-tires on the bar had cracked and broken off. Within three weeks, the seat covering began to come off in the back. My final complaint, there is no method to disable or reduce the sound of the beeping when backing up. I spend a lot of time in libraries; this is ENORMOUSLY embarrassing. But overall, although there is room for improvement, I am pleased with the chair.

I usually buy expensive natural face wash--mostly because I have dry skin and chemicals just make my skin bone dry. However, my budget doesn't always allow it. I decided to give this Clean and Clear Fruit Infusions-hydrating a try. First thing I noticed was how much it suds. The second ingredient (water is being #1)? Sodium laureth sulfate. An ingredient known to cause skin irritation. There's also sodium hydroxide, a chemical found in household cleaners. How awesome that I'm washing my face with it! Because I saw REAL strawberries, I bought this anyway, thinking I'd be O.K. Oh, no! I probably have 1/4 of the bottle left (wash face about 2 times a day) and my cheeks are peeling and red and painful(I use moisturizer 2 times a day, as well). Even if you're not into all-natural stuff, I can't recommend this product...unless you enjoy going out in public with a red, itchy face.

Natural Calm Natural Vitality

This is an excellent source of magnesium which provides a number of health benefits. Some obvious and some not so obvious. I have trouble sleeping, waking up many times at night and like everybody else I deal with my fair share of stress.

I take a 1/2 teaspoon at night about an hour before bed time along with 5-htp and phenibut powder, 5-HTP Powder 10 Grams + FREE Primaforce Phenibut Powder 100 Grams. I started taking the magnesium long before the 5-htp or anything else, taking them together definitely enhances the mood and sleep stabilizing effects, if that's what your looking for.

The Raspberry Lemon flavor doesn't taste delicious but it certainly does not taste bad so it is not a chore what-so-ever to drink a glass each night before going to bed. I'm a 32 year old man. Construction Electrician. I'm wound REALLY tight. I was diagnosed with abnormally high blood pressure for my age about a year ago. I have been using this product for almost a week now and my only complaint is that I didn't find pit about it sooner! First, a bit about myself. I am a 45 year old black woman, suffering from gout, constipation, fibrmyalgia, muscle cramps, brain fog and horrible insomnia, along with chronic depression and yes I am overweight, yes folks I am a hot mess!

First, let me start off by saying I appreciate anyone's right to make a buck. You create a good product, you deserve to profit from it. BUT, I think that charging 3 bucks a bottle for a sports drink is unreasonable and disappointing. I like your product. I buy it. I would buy a lot more of it if the price were more reasonable. It's a shame you know, Neuro folksyou'd make a heck of a lot more money in quantity if you'd lower the price. That being said, I like a few of the different products in this line. Sonic & Sleep I buy in limited quantities. I would stock Bliss if I could afford to do so. I have not tried the other "flavors"wait, I did try Gasm. Wasn't worth the price for me. I gave the Neuro line 3 stars in consideration of the price. I would have given it 5 stars had the product cost less.

Simply put...tastes great, less-filling and IT WORKS! Without giving you a case of the shakes or jitters.

My other favorites are Bliss and Sleep (yes, they work as well). A no-brainer via subcribe & save!

I love this drink, I truly do. It is the first pick-me-up drink I have found that works for me. I react strongly to large amounts of caffeine (it makes me incredibly hyper) and I never developed a taste for coffee, so my choices for something to keep my brain running when I'm worn out are limited. Add to that the fact that I'm not a big soda drinker and the choices are even fewer. Neuro Sonic is a great blend for me. There's some caffeine in it, but not as much as other products, so it makes me a bit quicker on the draw without making me babble like an idiot like I do when I have too much caffeine. It's carbonated, which I don't care for, but *lightly* carbonated, so it's not unbearable for me. The flavor is pleasant and light, not at all overpowering. The packaging is unusual, so it stands out in the refrigerator at work and I never have to wonder which drink is mine. The one major con to this product is the price. As the other reviewers have stated, it is very expensive. I would probably drink one of these a day if it weren't so expensive. As it is priced currently, I don't even drink one a week. I save them for when I really, really need a boost. So, yes, as another reviewer said, this company could really learn something about the merits of selling product based on quantity. I would be happy to purchase it more often, if the price were to come down to something more reasonable. That said, I do still buy it and I do still believe in the product. The price just dictates that I consider it an indulgence instead of a necessity.

I used to be a Diet Coke fanatic. 4-5 a day. At least. I tried the Bliss version first and loved how light and crisp it was. I got my husband to try the Sonic with me and he is hooked now too! I know they're a more expensive choice than other beverages, but I love the taste, the energy I get from it and quite frankly, the appetite supressant effect.
