Good Night, Sleep Tight Reward Chart - The Ultimate Sleep Chart for Children (2yrs+)

This chart is great tool to use to have a consistent bed time routine. If you have a little one that likes to get out of bed this will help with that as well. My 4 year old loved being able to put stickers on when he was quiet at bed time and didn't get out of bed. A good bed time routine makes for a wonderful night of sleep for the entire family. If we have trouble we just pull out the chart for a couple of weeks to get back on track. I love that it has the exact things on it that we do every night.

My husband and I have been struggling with my son's sleep patterns for quite some time now. I bought this sleep chart hoping it would have the same effect his potty chart had had at one time. He had given such positive actions with a little reward while potty training and I knew that was all he needed to change his sleep patterns. This chart helps us keep track of how well he sleeps and he's very excited about his future rewards for sleeping in his bed all night. I think this is going to be the key to success in the sleeping department!

When we received this chart my son and I were really excited to start using it. He would help me put the stars on every night and (not very often) the smiley faces. I had two major issues with this chart.

1. The stickers lose their adhesiveness after a few weeks. They do provide an extra set of stars and smiley faces. Maybe a static cling decal would have been a better option.

2. There are only 5 days on the chart. It's a small complaint, but it's easier to set a weekly reward if the chart were 7 days.

The actual goals were exactly what I was looking for but my son and I just discuss at bed time how he did the night before and have foregone the sticker portion.

Thank you so much for this chart! My 3 yr old brushes his teeth every night. When the stars and smiles are completed we go out and buy a book or a toy for him. He loves putting the stickers on. I love how we put the stars on at night and then the smiles in the morning. This is the best chart. Def buy this!! The stickers restick too so you can use them over and over.
