My 8 year old daughter is beyond a night owl, she's more akin to being a vampire. I'm a fan of Vitafusion gummy products, but this particular one wasn't a big hit with me. It helps me to fall asleep, but then I still wake up several times during the night. Everyone is different though, so it might work great for others and it's probably worth a try. Taste is okay, but not as good as some of the other products in this line.

First of all, I just want to note I bought these at drugstore.com and not amazon, so I'm not reviewing anything having to do with their service or this being a two pack or the price or anything like that.

Listen, this product is so good that I want to sit here and eat the bottle in one sitting, and I have issues with self control, so I'd almost not recommend this product based on that.

If anyone can recommend something that tastes like this and isn't meant to be medicinal, let me know.

As far as the product's effectiveness goes, it's as effective as regular melatonin. I take it and within a half hour I'm ready to pass out, but it seems to stick with me a little longer so I'm not waking up at 3am which is awesome. Also, I experience some stomach trouble with melatonin tablets which is why I decided to try this product, and so far so good.

Also, I'm really glad this is vegan (which means my boyfriend can take them) and gluten and soy free (which is a must because I'm allergic to everything.)

Definitely a good find.
