Nature's Answer Valerian Root

Like another reviewer mentioned, I'm not completely crazy about the smell, and when I take valerian in capsule form, it kind of upsets my stomach. The liquid is a totally different, though. I've taken this brand for more than a year, and although it still smells a little weird to me, I kind of enjoy the floral taste of it. Plus, it helps me become sleepy in about half an hour, and I sleep wonderfully. I also noticed that while I was having some bouts of nervous stomach (school stress), it seemed to help calm things down. A funny side note is that my cats *love* the smell of this, so I have to be careful: any time there's a little left in the glass, their heads are crammed down inside, trying to lick it up.

It helps me sleep, no tossing and turning. I'm not too crazy about the smell, a bit foul. Will continue to use it helps calm my nerves also.

I usually can't sleep well so I try the valerian root tea and work but the taste was horrible so I try the drops and it is much better I recommend the liquid drops much better it works great

I put a few drops of this in some chamomile tea and honey at night, read a book

and I fall right to sleep. Seems to work well. It does have a funky smell

but that's valerian. It dissipates.
