I've had frequent insomnia for as long as I can remember. Throughout the years I've taken lunesta, ambien, over the counter sleep aids (natural and chemical), even multibagged sleepytime tea. Its not so overly powerful where it would knock me off my feet if I were moving around, but laying down in the dark with a book or music playing in the background, it helps me drift away.

I would never take a habit-forming type of sleep-aid, so an OTC type is the alternative. Most do not work for me, but this one does. There are no side effects or after effects. I especially like that it has the proper amount of melatonin. You don't need large doses of melatonin for it to be helpful.
