I'm 58 years old. I alternate the use of this cream every other night with the mega rich anti-aging cellular cream (also by Peter Thomas Roth). This cream is unscented, not too thick (it has some consistency to it though) and it doesn't get sticky on your face. Once applied your skin drinks it up quickly and gets shiny. I've tried quite a few anti-aging moisturizing creams but none have shown significant improvement such as this product. PTR has a thick creamy consistency. It goes on smoothly with no fragrance and absorbs fast. I could see a big difference in a few hours face skin more smooth and silky, pores reduced somewhat and just overall improvement in skin tone and color. I had some discoloration from previous dry patches and within a couple of days using PTR, the patchiness in color was totally smoothed out. I originally purchased this at full price (ouch!) and was happy to see it on Amazon at the reduced price. My face is loving this new cream! I'll update later on if my opinion changes. This cream did it's trick with keeping my skin hydrated, soft & supple. However, PTR Mega Rich Intensive Anti-Aging Cellular Creme did all the same PLUS worked wonders on my skin. My skin has gotten drier in my mid-30s and I had to switch products altogether. I discovered the Boots Botanics Night Cream with grapeseed oil earlier this year and loved how it hydrated in the summertime. Being from Chicago, though, my skin gets pretty beat up in the winter.I'm usually loyal to Neutrogena but no one product was cutting it. I've also started to shift away from using petroleum-based products (like Cetaphil cream); they feel like they sit on my skin without really moisturizing, and I'd prefer something more natural. I love that the first three ingredients of this stuff are water, olive oil, and sweet almond oil. This cream will not sit on your skin like Vaseline it will absorb right in.
How I use this product after washing and toning: in the morning, I use Origins A Perfect World White Tea Skin Guardian, then apply this, then a Neutrogena sunscreen. In the evening, I use RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Night Cream (I love retinol products as I get older, though I don't yet have wrinkles), then apply this.
I don't think I could get enough moisture using only one product, but this comes pretty close. It's a really great value for what it does.
This night cream works so well, and it's got a great fragrance, sort of like a light floral & cucumber. It's a very light smell, not cloying at all.
I really feel like it's being absorbed into my skin, and it doesn't shine. I was using the Borghese night cream from Costco, and goodness--my face was as shiny as chrome! Embarassing! It was so terribly shiny I downgraded it and used it for hand cream.

I've had problems falling asleep, but never tried any kind of sleeping pills until a few years ago. Of the couple of brands I've tried, this one seems to work the best, and is a great deal too. I hadn't seen this brand before until last month, but since it was the only one the store had in stock that was 5mg, I decided to give it a shot. Man, that first night, I was out and didn't wake up until I got a full 8 hours of sleep. Since then, there have only been a few times where I needed to take another tablet, or they didn't seem to kick in at all, but that probably has more to do with whatever I ate a little before, or just thinking about too much when I'm laying there, as I usually do.The bottle recommends to take one tablet 30 minutes before you go to bed, and that's about how long it takes to kick in. I don't feel drowsy or sluggish after waking up, and the times I've had to wake up early (5-6 hours after I go to bed), the alarm woke me up, so that's a sign that these things don't practically put you in a coma. There's no taste or smell to these either.
For people like me that work nights and have trouble falling asleep, or people that just need help going to sleep, I highly recommend these tablets. I'll be sticking with this brand for a while.

I would really really love this product, if it didn't contain Valerian. For me, during that time-of-the-month (PMS) this product gives me very very vivid nightmares (which I have encountered in the past with other products containing Valerian). I keep reordering because it works. Melatonin is a necessary supplement if you are on beta blockers. Most doctors are not aware of this and will not advise. Definitely works for depression. I heard some people say its only for mild depression i say it depends on the person. Dream Essentials Snooz Silky Soft Sleep Mask ~ Pink
This sleep mask does NOT block out light. With this sleep mask on and my eyes closed, light still bothers me, even if the light is only from the TV. The mask is pretty transparent and the fabric is not blackout like described.The product pictured is not the item I received. The fabric on both sides is like the fabric they use in tracksuits or tents, and not silky like in the picture. There's a piece of black fabric that goes across the bridge of your nose, and the color of the item actually received is a lighter shade of pink.
For one thing, and this is enough reason not to buy it, IT BROKE IMMEDIATELY!!! One of its two thin straps came out at the seam the first time I slipped it gently on, and it's not designed to do that. There's no way to reattach it into a buckle or snap or anything like that. The quality of the product is just too poor to make it useful or worthwhile at any cost. I actually felt like it was a low-quality product the moment I held it in my hands and looked at it. But when the strap broke right away, I realized it truly was junk and I couldn't even give it away.
For another thing, it is TOO SMALL! It must have been designed for very tiny people or children. I have a small head, narrow face, and am thin as well as small-boned. I tried this thing both with and without its useless nose flap deployed (and who wants their nostrils covered while sleeping, being forced to mouth breathe?). This mask presses in on my eyelids (the skin itself, not just the eyelashes) on the outside parts of them. It does this to a very significant degree and is extremely uncomfortable to wear. I couldn't possibly fall asleep with this thing on, and wouldn't even be able to leave on my face if NOT trying to sleep due to the discomfort it creates. It presses something that isn't soft (as the surface isn't) into a good-sized portion of my eyelids constantly! No one wants this feeling from mask such as this, I would expect. In addition to pressing in on the eyelids, which I haven't had ANY other mask do like this (and I've tried many), it has the more common problem of pressing on my eyelashes, which I experience as uncomfortable as well.
Further, it does NOT block out light or vision, and the nose flap mentioned above is useless in this endeavor. As with most masks, it particularly allows space below the eyes where light and vision can easily and unavoidably seep through. I tried it repeatedly with and without the nose flap in use, and no matter what I did, it made no progress on keeping out a significant amount of light and viewable area below the eyes, no matter how I positioned it. Of course, once the strap broke (within a minute or two tops), the point was moot as I realized it was useless junk. Plus, just because of the pressing feeling against my eyelids, neither of those issues mattered. If not for one reason, then for another, this mask is useless.
In fairness, I'll note that I've found that that most, perhaps all that I've tried, of low-cost sleep masks such as this one allow for light and vision below the eyes, are uncomfortable, and are ultimately not useful at all to me. Most tend to get quickly added to the "useless things I wasted money on and now need to give or throw away" pile. Perhaps the matter of light leaking through and the ability to see out the bottom of a mask may be partially due to the inherently-difficult shape of the typical human face when trying to block eyesight and light. The nose just tends to make it difficult to get something that'll lay flat and seal out light below the eyes, even if the top and sides can more easily be sealed up in many models.
ON THE OTHER HAND, there's no point in paying even a low price for something not functional at all. The mask isn't worth enough to make it worth the cost and time of returning it, assuming that's allowed for this product after you've tried it on. So if you don't find it useful, as I imagine just about anyone is likely not to, you might find that you just have to eat the cost and get absolutely nothing you can use or even give away for your money. If sleep requires sleep aids such as this, then any source of additional discomfort introduced by those sleep aids is counter-productive and not worthwhile even if it were free of charge. If you want the mask just to block out vision or light, but not when sleeping, then comfort might not matter as much but likely still matters to you. Who wants to have something on that doesn't feel good? Regardless, it still won't do very well at blocking light or vision unless it's okay for it to only block some of the light and view, but not all of it. That may be all you want from it for all I know. Personally, I wouldn't use this mask or give it away even if they were free of charge in unlimited quantity and each one used saved a cute puppy's life.
Given the low price and higher-quality products out there, it may seem odd to buy such a cheap item and then be disappointed in the results. But the quest to find something that would block out light effectively while also being comfortable was worth the effort, and sometimes an inexpensive product can be better than a higher-priced item. I bought a number of different sleep masks at the same time in an effort to find even one that'd work well in blocking out light while not feeling uncomfortable, and I thought this was cheap enough to warrant a shot at it. I was wrong this time!
For flat and lightweight sleep masks, I recommend trying the following instead. It's very comfortable, less than twice the cost of the one reviewed here (about $5.00 more when I bought them), and it's actually useful (unlike this Dream Essentials one). I got one with a lavender scent that's beautiful and comforting to smell as well. I think it has real lavendar in it. Here it is:

I like this bath salt because it is very well ground, almost a powder, so it dissolves in the bath immediately. Not like the usual chunky rock salt that many bath salts use. It also has a nice scent. The bottle says that it is enough for 8-16 baths but I have found it to provide five or six baths tops. My jetted bathtub is large, but I imagine that is what most people are purchasing this for. Also, I find this at TJMaxx for $5.99 often.

Although this review is for the blueberry and I have, thus far, only tried the grape flavored one, there are three of us using these products and we have all tried different flavors!Let me say that I have always had an 'irregularity' problem and that my main goal every day was to "go". So, I have tried just about everything under the sun (you'll see my other reviews) and am delighted to share this product review with you.
Never before has anything given me the most perfect results that this product does and to do so naturally!
I take a tablespoon usually at night, stirred into a glass of SUNSWEET PLUMSMART juice (which I think is part of the great success!) and in the morning, have the most natural of all elimination.
I ordered mine from Lucky Vitamin, which is also an Amazon vendor, for the record.
The brand name that we are all using is this brand, Life Time, but I don't see why the other brands (Blue Bonnet) or the brand offered on Swanson Vitamins (I order from regularly and is also on Amazon) would be any different. But, since I haven't tried them, I can only say that this product has been an absolute GODSEND and I will never be without it again. I have three bottles in the cupboard!
If you have really struggled, have been wanting relief and don't like the unpredictability of the other items out there; and of running to the bathroom when you least expect it; are tired of wasting money on products that don't work and might be harmful; find most items don't fit your budget anyway, then definitely try this I really feel you will be so glad you did.

I like that this product contains a high amount of calcium and magnesium in one spoonful. But was very disappointed to find out it contains 'carageenan', a thickener made from seaweed that has been found to cause inflammation...not something any of us need. Here's a statement I found while doing research on the ingredients (from Dr. Andrew Weil's site):"Over the years Dr. Tobacman has published 18 peer-reviewed studies that address the biological effects of carrageenan and is convinced that it is harmful to human health. In April 2012, she addressed the National Organic Standards Board on this issue and urged reconsideration of the use of carrageenan in organic foods.
In her presentation, Dr. Tobacman said that her research has shown that exposure to carrageenan causes inflammation and that when we consume processed foods containing it, we ingest enough to cause inflammation in our bodies. She explained that all forms of carrageenan are capable of causing inflammation. This is bad news. We know that chronic inflammation is a root cause of many serious diseases including heart disease, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, and cancer."
LifeTime -please remove the carrageenan from the product and replace it with a safer alternative. However, the small size that makes it so portable is also Litebook's biggest negative. The area of light projected was small enough that I felt like I had to sit in one position the whole time I was using it just to keep my eyes within the appropriate range. I have now purchased a larger device, and while it takes up a lot more space, it allows me more freedom of movement. If you are just using your device at home I would suggest a larger one.
I also felt the battery on the Litebook depleted very quickly. If you purchase this product, I would recommend using it with the power cord whenever possible, and only using the battery when you really need to.

I had this problem for the past couple of years where I would not be able to sleep between the hours of 10pm and 3am. So I would end up falling asleep usually between 3-4am. Since I would have to get up at 730am for work I would end up getting 4 hours or less of sleep a night. This would result in me getting home from work around 5pm dog tired. I wouldn't feel like working out or doing much else. Often I would fall asleep around 6pm for a couple of hours. On the weekends I would fall asleep around 4am and sleep until 2 in the afternoon. I hated the whole pattern. If you're too tired to do anything it messes up your whole life. I tried the melatonin pills but those didn't work to well for me. I had these spacey dreams and this spacey feeling just before I fell asleep but that was it.It is amazing how well the litebook worked for my sleeping problems. I got it in April and I use it for about a half hour in the morning while eating my breakfast and reading the news on my computer. The first thing you notice is that it gives you a kind of pick me up in the morning. I use it every day during the week, and sometimes on the weekends if I get up early enough, since you are supposed to use it at about the same time each day. It took a couple of weeks for it to start helping my sleep. I began getting sleepy around 11pm instead of around 300am. It's been almost four months and I really notice a change. I don't slack off at work as much anymore. I'm in better shape since I exercise more -I don't blow it off because I'm too tired.
I will say that in addition to the litebook I also did a couple of other things to help with my sleep. 1. I cut out all caffeine. No coffee or soft drinks or anything that has it. 2. Really limited my drinking of alcohol. I noticed that if I had more than two drinks in a day it would disturb my sleep. Three or four drinks would lead to noticeably less restful sleep. More than that, and if not hungover, I would feel a little rundown and beat.
In the end I will have to say I am totally happy with this product. It helped me take care of a major problem in my life. It's amazing how having screwed up sleeping patterns drags the rest of your life down. Now I pretty much consider myself cured.

Now, I had some problems with a Vitafusion gummy vitamin in the past, because of the high sugar content.I was a little hesitant to order it since it didn't list the ingredients. But, it did say sugar free, so decided to give it a try.
If I was someone debating over getting this product, here are some things I would want to know.
The taste is really nice I didn't actually expect such a fruity flavor, but it is there.
It must be the xylitol they use to sweeten. There are three flavors, and they are all tasty.
The bottle listed them as peach, strawberry and berry. I can't comment yet on the actual fiber
part of them or how successfully they might work on that, since I've only had them a short time.
I will say that shipment was fast, and I received a fresh, sealed product in great condition.
I was also surprised by the actual vitamin content of this item. These are good for you!
A serving size is listed as 2 pieces. The daily suggested serving is just those two pieces.
(I always look, since some have really low calories per serving size, but they want you to
take it three times a day! Just once a day, two pieces, with this item.)

The bottle is sturdy and opens easily. (I don't like the ones you have to push and twist!)
I have dental problems and can't chew really hard things or crunchy things, and have a hard
time swallowing pills. So, I approach all chewables with a little caution. (I tried some other fiber
tablets that were so hard, I couldn't chew them at all. Even trying to let them dissolve (in my mouth)
did nothing. They were rocks in a tube! What you can't get down can't help you.)
These, however, were easy even for me to chew soft, not sticky, flavorful and easy to take.
I was wondering where the weight management part came in as opposed to the other fiber gummies.
Since the ingredients and nutrition info are not listed in detail here on Amazon, I went with this one.
It states on the back of the package that the "weight management" part is due to fiber keeping you feeling
full longer so you might eat less, and the B vitamins added will help you sustain energy levels.
So, the extra buck (vs the fiber gummies by the same company NOT listed as weight mgmt) went to B vitamins.
If you already take a multi vitamin or have adequate Vitamin B intake, then you might not need these over the other gummies.
However, I can use the extra B's, so will gladly take them for now. Should the price become significantly
different, then I'll go for the fiber-only tabs.
I wish the cost was a little lower, but all in all, very happy with this item so far.
I'll let y'all know about the actual fiber part! LOL!
UPDATE they are working! Won't get into too much detail, but if you are looking at fiber tablets, it's a pretty
safe bet you have concerns in the colon area too. Let's just say that I was one of those who needed a calendar
to chart a BM it was always feast or famine in that area.
So far, this is actually keeping things moving along like a normal person might experience. They taste so good, I have
a hard time not taking more than needed, although it might take a lot for me... positively thrilled with my purchase.
Be sure to drink liquids of some kind with them. If you don't, they will leave a "fuzzy" feeling in your mouth,
and can't possibly be good for your esophagus either. (I tried to just nab them a couple times, and drink later.
It just isn't a good idea.) It is just common sense to drink something after any supplement or pill, but especially important
with fiber-related pills. I found that my "magic number" seems to be six of these. So, every other day or so, I'll have six of them
just to make sure. I would guess it depends on your personal metabolism, but while the two-per-day was okay and did help,
it took six for things to be how I imagine "normal" folks already live life! ; )

I normally get plenty of fiber, since I eat a lot of produce, whole grains, and legumes (mmm...beans...). But occasionally, there's a day I indulge in pizza or junk food and don't get my legumey or enough whole grain fiber. These fill that gap when I don't make it to 30 grams of fiber a day (my goal is no less than 25 and optimally 30+). I never have issues with irregularity, and I don't WANT issues with irregularity, so these are part of my fiber quest now.
So, yumsy. Though they don't tell you to specifically, I do recommend a glass of water or more when you take these to keep things moving nicely.
Each gummy has five calories. These do contain sucralose, green tea extract, coconut oil, and beeswax. So, anyone who has issues with those should avoid. Since gelatin is an ingredient (duh, gummies), these may not be Vegan-Friendly, so a heads up there.

I have never been regular and I would be happy if I could use the bathroom once per week. I have tried other forms of fiber and the gas pains and bloating was unbearable at times.
