I wanted 5 of these things, but I just felt that $99 directly from the manufacturer wasn't giving them their just rewards. I plan on selling a kidney on the black market so that I'll be able to buy them from the seller.

I like the Fitbit. In the past month I have increased # of steps/day and flights of stairs. The data encourages me to keep moving.
I recommend clipping the Fitbit to a pocket so that if it slips out of the holder it falls into your pocket.
I also like the silent alarm.
It is not waterproof but survived a quick dip in the pool.
