When looking for a sleeping mask, I read reviews for 8 different masks, so I could make the best decision. So I thought I'd pay back to the community.I've always had sleeping problems, and I figured the first step was to get a mask to block out the outside light. This mask is very lightweight, and has adjustable straps which are nice, seeing as the straps can get stretched out, and need to be tightened. There are foam pieces directly underneath the eyes to block out extra light, so as long as you position those right, then absolutely no light gets in. I love it, plus the colors are nice. As a bonus, sometimes I'll take out that cool pack and put it in the refrigerator for an hour, and then it's very cooling on the eyes!
In my opinion, it's as good a sleeping mask as you can get!

I ordered this product for when I stay away from home and it is not as dark as my bedroom at most places. I love that the head straps on it are thin and adjustable. It stays in place and blocks out the light. The reason I gave it four stars is the cool pack. I may have left it over an hour like it says on the pack but it was just too much coldness for my eyes. I've bought this mask by coincidence and I must say: it's awesome! Good quality, soft, pleasant and 100% light blocking. Meanwhile I use it every night and I have to admit I'm much more rested in the morning since then. Also great for a nap and travelling.
