I have a 5 year old autistic son that has had issues sleeping ever since he came out of the crib. All night long we would have to walk him back to his room and tell him to go to sleep and "your not sleeping in our room"! Unisar BR151 LiteUps Baby Nail Clippers

So I have given this product 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes these clippers tend to come apart, since I've ordered a few, I now know how to put them back together. This is my 3rd set of these (my son is only 2 years old). I have tried MANY different clippers and I keep going back to these. I have to say, they work the best at night. They have a wide brim so that there isn't a restriction on how much you can cut and the light on these is by far the best out of all of them. I even found myself using a book light, holding it in my mouth while I used regular child clippers, it just doesn't work like these. My second pair of these went dull (I think it was just defective) hence my third pair that I bought. They are a little more pricey but in my opinion, these work the best!

Unlike other reviewers, my blades are sharp as can be, and the light is fantastic. The clippers are indeed very dull and do not cut anything. But I was able to take them apart and replace the bad clippers with a pair of clippers made by The First Years. The led light is a nice idea. However, they forgot to pay attention to the most crucial aspect of any nail clipper: Does it cut nails? Well, I can tell you, it does not. The clipper is not sharp enough to cut through the nail. You are left with the same nail, but somewhat broken by the clippers attempt to cut them.

For those who suffer from long term Lyme disease I can't recommend it enough. Regardless of whether the disease is dormant or not, I have rapid spikes of roller coaster emotions that have nothing to do with my environment, as well as close to debilitating energy slumps. After almost 20 years of trying different alternatives both medical and herbal, this has been the one dependable supplement that helps me come close to normal on a daily basis.

As for dosage and times of use opinions vary. I originally was taking two pills in the morning and two more before 1, both with food. I started with this pattern because some herbalists suggested later than 1 to 2 in the afternoon might keep you up later than you would prefer in the evening. Recently I started taking my second 2 pills close to bed time, and the last few days I've awoken having slept soundly and feel much more refreshed. I'll update this post after a few months to see whether that pattern continues.

Regardless, if you have energy issues and/or some emotional instability and are looking for an herbal option I would recommend you try Ashwaganda. For me the positive effects were noticeable quiet quickly, so you wouldn't need to buy more than one bottle as an experiment to find out if it's beneficial for you. Hope this helps.

**Update** Found taking two right when I go to bed to be awesome. I'm consistently waking up feeling much more rested and also actually ready to wake up. (less "need" to hit the snooze) Like some others have mentioned I'm either having more inventive dreams, or I'm rested enough to remember having them. When previously taking two at breakfast and lunch I would really notice an energy dip if I didn't take the second round, but I'm feeling even more balanced and energized now taking the second two at night instead.

One note of caution from my experience: if you try taking this at night take it when you actually are ready to go to sleep; not an hour or so before. The times I've taken two pills and then decided to stay up longer I couldn't easily fall right to sleep. Nothing horrible, just my brain was happily active for an hour or two after the lights went off. I've had very reliable results taking this right when I'm done with everything and prepared to sleep. Also nice to see the thumbs up on this; means taking the time to write this was worth it to others and that makes me glad, so thanks!

I have taken many other supplements to help with my anxiety and stress related issues and none seemed to help much (htp.calm, mood support, true calm, st johns wort). I have been looking for comfortable ear plugs for a side-sleeper with tiny ears that will block out noisy neighbors and barking dogs. Most earplugs are too big for my ears and hurt when I wear them all night. After reading the positive reviews, I thought I would give them a try. They do block out the noise wonderfully, but there are two problems with this product...and I suspect with wax earplugs in general. 1) They leave your fingers and ears a waxy mess...like you have been playing with melting crayons. 2) The seal is so perfect, that they kind of hurt your eardrums when put them in because of the air you are inadvertently forcing into your ears when you put them on. My husband snores, to the point that the bed shakes. He sounds like a hibernating bear.

I have not tried this combination myself, but it should help anyone with chronic insomnia fall asleep.

As a nurse, I would like to recommend that you be careful taking it every day. One of the ingredients (5-HTP) can cause serotonin syndrome in certain doses. Since we don't know the exact dose they use, I would look up serotonin syndrome and be on the look out for side effects if you take it regularly. Just in case. I haven't had any side effects, but better safe than sorry.

Also, be careful mixing it with certain other meds used to adjust mood (anxiety/depression meds) or other sleep aids even natural ones. Just a heads up.

I have severe insomnia . This stuff did not touch it. This can aggravate those with bipolar symptoms. Expensive too.

Natures Bounty Melatonin 3 Mg

I had terrible anxiety for a few weeks and during that time, there was one week when I couldn't sleep more than 4-5 hours a night (my average sleep lasts 8 or 9 hours). One friend recommended I try Valerian and another friend recommended Melatonin. I found both at a nearby store. The Valerian smelled awful and didn't produce any noticeable effects (though I don't know if I should have taken more than two pills).

However, the Nature's Bounty Melatonin gave me a full night's sleep. It gives very vivid dreams. I'd heard this about both supplements, but I didn't have that problem with the Valerian, only with the Melatonin. My friend suggested a smaller dosage as 3mg is supposed to be a high dose, and since this is a hormone not an herb, I wanted to be on the safe side. So the next time I used it, I cut the tablets in half (1.5 mg each). If you cut it, make sure to take it with something that will curb the taste and coat the stomach.

If you've tried other herbal remedies and they didn't work or you don't like to use sleeping pills with an antihistimine, try the melatonin. It works. The only side effect I noticed was I got a headache after taking it, but I don't know if that could also be due to the fact that I was cutting the pill in half, so it wasn't fully coated.

Note: You can find lower dose 1 mg tablets available through Nature's Bounty or other brands.

I was hoping this product would help me to sleep through the night. I still wake up at least once or twice but am able to go back to sleep easier. Sometimes I wake up in the morning a bit groggy.

I have keratin-treated hair, and I purchased this shampoo because it is sulfate-free. The trouble with other sulfate-free shampoos is that there's hardly any lather (if at all), but this one produces a fine, luxurious lather that is very satisfying. However, I noticed right away that it was breaking down the keratin faster than my regular no-lather sulfate-free shampoo. After a few washes, the difference was very noticeable. It doesn't make any sense, because there's nothing in it that would degrade the keratin, but that's what happened... So anyone out there with keratin-treated hair should think twice. I'm an early 30s something natural redhead who occasionally gets a color glaze (non permanent) or two a year to boost the color. I go through a bottle of it every three weeks, because I coat my hair with it.

Last month, decided to take the plunge and get both the non-knock-off shampoo AND the moisturizing conditioner. Holy bejesus is it making an amazing difference. My hair is soft, smells awesome, and shows almost no frizzies. I do notice that I occasionally have to put on a silicone product to smooth it after a blowout, but that's to be expected with hair as long as mine and in an area of the country with seriously fluctuating weather. However, most of the time I can do a blowout and just use a dot of PureOlogy Shine Max 2.5 Oz and I'm good to go. One of the best things I've noticed is how great my scalp feels no itchiness, no tightness, and less breakouts on my forehead under my bangs. Even though this shampoo and conditioner combo are on the pricier side for me (given the product size, especially), I'm hooked. It's really extending the length of my salon glazes, which are not cheap. And I go through less of it than the relatively thinner, cheaper conditioners like Herbal Essences. I also work out almost every night of the week, so this combo is gentle enough to let me wash my hair every night, but also gives me no product build up or greasiness for the times on the weekend when I skip shampooing. Lastly, if you've been to a smoky bar or generally around cigarettes, this is the only shampoo I've ever used that can get that cigarette smoke smell out.

The reason I am switching from the generic brand of this shampoo to the branded product is really the smell. Rite Aid's product just does NOT get that amazing herbal/Rosemary scent quite right, and it is heavenly. For me, that's totally worth the extra few bucks, and if you order from Amazon, that price difference is far smaller.

I was looking for a sulfate free shampoo when I saw this one. I always had a hard time finding one that doesn't dry out my hair. I saw this one and Organix hydrating teatree mint. Then I tried the Brez devices. It works! However, I have had to modify its use.

I have to insert it vertically and not horizontally in the left nostril. It took me a month this way to get used to it...but it works.

I am a pharmacist and received a sing Brez packet in the mail as a sample. I almost threw it out, but decided to keep it for my husband. He has a deviated septum and has snored forever. I get allergies / inflamed sinuses. I have used a couple of different breathing aids in the past. I find that I sleep better and am less likely to get sore throats from breathing through my mouth. From previous reviews it might be that people are using the wrong size, or it might be that it depends on your cause (e.g. allergies vs deviated septum etc) as to whether these work for you.

These work for me, as do the nasal strips. The problem with the nasal strips is sometimes they stick too well and damage my skin when I pull them off in the morning! If my outer nose skin is irritated then I use these. I find that they can sometimes feel a little uncomfortable inside my nasal passages, but not enough to impede sleep and they work great for what they are supposed to do. So basically I alternate the products and it works fine.

I would recommend that you try a packet and see what you think. You would probably have to try for at least a couple of nights to determine whether your inner nasal passage gets irritated.

As stated before, I really think you need the right size and to insert them correctly to feel the benefits. If you get a size that is too small, then they won't do anything for you.

I have very small nasal passages.

My left side is narrow low down on the fleshy part of my nose. These inserts work well for that nostril and provided some relief.

My right nostril narrows higher up and it appears to be more rigid cartilage there. The insert did not work on my right side in fact it made that side worse: since the nostril was rigid and couldn't be widened the insert was just an obstruction.

I have a deviated septum and have tried various devices to help keep my nostrils open while sleeping. Nasal strips work OK for me but I hate peeling them off in the morning, and most of the devices you insert into your nose get uncomfortable half way through the night. So I held high hopes for the "brez" device as it looked like it might be more comfortable than the others. WRONG! In my opinion, this was a complete and utter waste of money and I'm kicking myself because I bought two packs, thinking that I must've just bought the wrong size (I tried small then medium). And they're not cheap! I'm at a loss trying to figure out how these things would work for anybody they're two little rubber ovals joined together with a very thin rubber strip. You put the rubber ovals in each nostril and the strip, I guess, is supposed to prevent them from getting lost up your nostrils. The problem is, the strip is not long enough to allow the ovals to go up far enough into the area where my nostrils are restricted and the holes in the ovals are not big enough to allow sufficient air to get through. It just feels like having a stopper stuck in your nose I couldn't breathe! I would definitely NOT recommend this product I've gone back to nasal strips. The other devices that have worked for me are the "nozovent" and "the air machine" (except both make my nasal passages slighty sore by morning). I'm yet to find the perfect solution.

I am in love with this baby bath product. It is one of the best ones that I have found that does not include all the yucky chemicals in personal care products. No sulfates, no parabens and no artificial fragrances!. I use it for my toddlers bath shampoo. It has plenty of suds. It is a little watery so be careful not to spill it and waste it. But it is a great consistency to pour into the empty Johnson Natural foam bath pump. Again it smells so yummy.

I recently bought the Lavender Meadowsweet Bubble Bath & Shampoo. Since I've become more chemical conscious, I haven't used anything but bar soap or just water to wash my 2 year old son. I've taken many different kinds of sleep aids, prescription and OTC, and this is the best overall that I've tried. It doesn't work as fast as some prescription sleep medicines, like Ambien, but it doesn't leave me groggy in the morning and it's non-addictive. The only bad part is that it does taste really bad if you don't swallow it immediately.

For people who have problems with it leaving you drowsy the next morning, try breaking the pill in half and only take half of it. My first time taking this I slept for 13 hours and woke exhausted the next day, but I only took half the next time, and had no issues whatsoever. Even after using this for awhile, I only ever need half of the pill to fall and stay asleep without drowsiness the next day. And by only taking half, the bottle lasts twice as long!

For the last 10 years or so I've had problems sleeping. It takes forever to unwind my mind enough to fall asleep and then I toss and turn all night and wake up several times and have a hard time getting back to sleep, if I'm able to at all. It's very frustrating to wake up at 2 in the morning and not be able to get back to sleep. So I looked up sleep aids and found these and I take it about 30 minutes before I go to bed and I sleep all night long. To someone who doesn't struggle with sleep, you have no idea how good that feels to finally get a solid night's sleep! Even if I wake up in the night, I fall right back to sleep. When I wake up, I am a little groggy. Nothing bad, it's just different for me because I'm used to having instant energy the minute I wake up. Now I need to kind of ease into my day and I actually like that, I feel human again.

If this has side effects, I'm not aware of it yet. But I imagine never getting any sleep has side effects that are just as or more dangerous for me than taking this at night does. I'm happy to be getting some deep sleep though.

*Update* I found if I cut the dose in half, I still sleep great but I'm not groggy the next day. So for days that I know I'll need full energy as soon as I wake up, I cut the dose in half the night before.

Before resorting to OTC medications, I try natural remedies, but every so often they fail and I find myself unable to sleep. What sold me on this was the boast that one wakes up without feeling groggy and there is only one small pill as opposed to two large ones.

I must say that it worked quickly--I was out within fifteen minutes and stayed asleep for about seven hours, but the little pill is disgusting. (I learned that the hard way. It's best to down it right away, rather than letting it rest on the tongue for any duration, or with a flavored beverage.)

I was groggy upon waking and suffered from a bit of dry mouth and a minor lack of coordination (beyond typical morning grogginess), but these side effects weren't nearly as bad as with some other OTC sleep aids. I found that these symptoms were lessened if I drank a full bottle (16.9 fl oz) of water with the pill or if I drank the bottle upon waking it would only last for about ten minutes.

All in all, for the price and effectiveness, this is a winner.

I had previously used Mack's silicon earplugs and thought that they were very helpful. This product lists a 29 decibel sound reduction from their use but I could tell of no actual sound difference. Everything I could hear without them I could also hear with them in my ears and with no apparent (to me) reduction in volume. I found them to be of no help at all.

What can I say? They block out noise pretty well. I use them to study in cafes (and the person next to you gets too rambunctious). When pushed in too far they can be uncomfortable after an hour or so, but what can you expect?
