I am one of those people that just can't seem to get any shut eye. The problem started when I was 14 and it's been steadily getting worse. Now here I am 31 years old and I'm still awake 7 AM or even 11 AM the next day waiting to get sleepy. An Aunt through marriage suggested I try these but I was a little skeptical. I've tried generic over the counter 'sleep' aids before from cvs and the only thing it did was leave a bad taste in my mouth; that coupled with the fact I hate to take pills (generic or otherwise) I've never heard of or know nothing about contributed to my deciding not to take them. I have been taking these a very short time. I gave up in utter desperation for any sleep I could manage to get. The pills work wonderful for me, I pop em and I get a good nights sleep I don't pop 'em and I get about 2 hours to 3 hours of sleep that is NOT uninterrupted. The only problem I really have with these pills is the fact they take a while to work. I take 1 pill between 9:00 pm to 9:45 pm and it finally kicks in about 11:00 pm but once I'm out I am OUT unless there is a noise in the room then I'm awake. I like I can still stay alert while I'm sleeping with these. They help you to fall asleep but they don't knock you out so deeply you would be caught unaware if there was an intruder. I wake up easily and well rested in the morning and that's darned nice I tell you.

Bottom line...

If it wasn't for these pills I would still have giant rings under my eyes like I got punched out. They do the job well even if a little slowly for my liking. I can't say they will work for everyone as everyone is built differently with different body chemistry but they do the trick for me. I will continue to use these for as long as I need them.

This product doesn't seem to work as well as the previous brand I tried but that may be just the stuff in my life right now. I've used it approximately 15 nights and 2 of those evenings all I did was doze all night rather than sleep so I might as well have not taken anything. So frustrating when that happens!!
