I tried this product because I was desperate to fall asleep and stay asleep. I would lay in bed for hours trying to fall asleep and then would wake up every 1.5 to 2 hours all night long. Every morning I would have a headache because I was so exhausted. This vicious cycle was affecting every aspect of my life. I used this product for three nights and on the third night of using it, I had the best night's sleep. I fell asleep quickly, stayed asleep all night, and woke up feeling refreshed with no headache. I continued to use it every night for a week and had the same perfect sleep pattern every night. My children (ages 4-12) have also had problems falling asleep. I would put them to bed and go check on them a couple of hours later and find them still wide awake. My youngest would be out of bed multiple times a night after I put her to bed because she couldn't fall asleep and my oldest would complain about how she would wake up at 4 or 5am and not be able to fall back asleep. I often wake up a couple hours before I want to (probably apnea, then I have a bit of a struggle to get back to sleep. When I use this spray and really try to get back to sleep I usually do. It's an aide to get back to sleep definetely not a knock out drug.

I have taken this product for a couple of days and it still not help me fall asleep. I have read the other reviews and it says it makes them fall asleep. I would like to retry the product. Can someone please tell long should I take it before it starts to work. With my experience now I wouldn't recommend this product....if someone tells me the proper way to use it I would write another review...I have use as much as six sprays.
