Calcium 333mg
Magnesium 133mg
Zinc 5mg
Vitamin D 200IU
I've been taking a variation of this formula for years. At first it was just calcium and magnesium, now Nature Made added vit D and Zinc. I really like the new combination, especially since all the attention is on Vitamin D.
Oprah, some years back, had Dr. Oz on, before he got his own show, and he talked in detail about how important it is to take a combination of calcium and magnesium.
Dr Oz's statement, from his anti-aging and fat burning recommendations:
"Another important supplement to include with your daily vitamins is calcium, but always take it with magnesium. You want to take calcium, but you've got to take it with magnesium because if you don't take them together, the magnesium loosens your poop," he says. "The calcium makes it a little bit like concrete." Dr. Oz recommends taking 600 milligrams of calcium and 200 milligrams of magnesium twice daily.
He says twice daily, so one dose should be 1,200 of calcium and 400 of magnesium. You will need 3 pills daily to get the max recommended.I used to take calcium years ago and quit because I hated taking the gigantic pills. These pills I love, the size is just right and it contains the Magnesium and Zinc which I hear are best to take together. I will continue to buy these pills, it's the small size that I love the most.

It is so convinient to have all the supplements with the Vitamin D in one capsule.Taking this once daily I no longer suffer with backaches and leg and toe cramps. My thinning hair is no longer thinning. My friends noticed my nice hair and have commented on it.
I highly recommend this Supplement.I thought the cost was for one, but it was for three. I will definitely buy again. Hard to say what kind of benefits I'm getting. Long as I don't have osteoperosis, I'm happy.I purchased these after someone told me they'd help me sleep. I ordered these because the price was great.
But after using them for about a month I was rushed to the emergency room because I developed a kidney stone .
Let me tell you, you don't want a kidney stone.lol I guess it was to much calcium build up. I took them as indicated but I think
It may be to much. So after my incident I stopped taking them
