I have a problem with getting a rash on my face from the latex, so these really help a lot.

This is a diecut cloth that protects you from getting a mark on your face where your cpap mask seals against your skin.

For me, I would also get a rash so I tried the Nasal pillow type mask and I did not like it. I found these to go between my skin and mask and now I can use my regular Cpap mask and I have virtually no redness on my face. I have ordered a second time and went to a medium size as the cloth will shift if it is too loose around your nose. You can wash these. I used a mesh bag to put them in and put them through the wash cycle. They curled up so you will have to flatten them out again but you can re-use them.
