I have to use this every night now because I can't sleep without it. If I know I"m a little extra stressed I can take an extra one with no grogginess in the morning. I love that 5 htp is already in it. I fall asleep easily, always have, but have trouble with the 3:00-5:00 hours! This has made a dramatic difference for me. I think these work "okay". I do feel like I sleep better and I don't wake up feeling groggy or "hungover", which is a problem with some sleep aids. My big issue with this product is that the capsules smell horrible. I have to hold my breath from the time I open the bottle until I wash down the capsule they smell so disgusting. I doubt that I would buy these again.

This is a natural sleep aid that really does work but...you can get the exact same effect by taking plain melatonin which costs $10.00 or less. I have used both and the plain melatonin actually works faster and more effectively because I actually stay asleep through the night. A lot of prescription sleep medications don't work as well as these do.Also you may need 4 capsules a night.
