Melatonex is the only brand I can use. It helps me stay asleep through the night, while most other company are not as effective.

I have been using this off and on for years. My local store stopped stocking it so I quit taking it for awhile and tried some various brands of Melatonin. I never found one that works as well as this one. The time release formulation of this particular brand seems to work better then others. There was one other brand of Melatonin that worked well but it was not time release and I would find myself waking up in the middle of the night. My father started taking this recently and he said he really enjoys it as well. I am glad amazon is offering this product. I actually signed up for the monthly delivery option.

I first tried this product several yrs ago, & followed pkg directions, taking 1-2 tablets before bedtime. I felt cloudy the next day/days after taking it, almost like a mild hangover. I didn't take it for awhile, and then I reduced the portion I took. One needs to work oneself up toward what seems to be best for the individual. I realized after the long, good nights sleeps, that when I'd awake, my eyes were "stuck" shut, which I'd forgotten had been NORMAL when I was a child. It has helped me to sleep sooo much, I really do urge people to try it, and start out with small portion of tablets, to see what amount works well for YOU. It's natural, and I believe it has some vitamin B added to it, also. Blessings,

I.ve tried other melotonin brands and this one has stood the test of time, works best and includes B6. No fogginess when you wake up but start with a low dosage first like a 1/4-pill then work your way up according to your needs. Too much dosage gave me a headache the next morning. You can get it cheaper on Amazon likely because the expire dates are sooner than you think but I don't know how much effectiveness is lost after the expire dates. Like many other items I think they a good for a while.
