These are awesome! I don't know how this product acts when you use long term. I came across the individual packets containing 1 pill. I have a horrible time falling and staying asleep, I don't remember my dreams if i have them at all and I have to MAKE myself wake up everyday. I have tried several narcotic and over the counter meds for these problems and nothing works. This 1 pill actually gave me a pretty good buzz! THAT WAS A NICE SUPRISE! But I was able to fall asleep quite quickly. I woke up in the same position I fell asleep in (which NEVER happens) had great dreams and was able to recall them when I awoke refreshed the next morning, which also never happens. Im SO glad amazon has these because I have only found them in a smoothy king 3hrs away! I just got a BIG bottle! I'll write back and let you guys know about taking this product more than 1 time.

Skeptical at first, and am concerned about long term use. HOWEVER...I have been using them in the last days to "reset" myself in my sleeping patterns and to help with a bit of depression. And WOW. I am sleeping peacefully and now waking up ready to start the day. Again, I have concern over the ingredients melatonin, and 5htp. Both of these ingredients are somewhat controversial. Melatonin is a hormone that is not available over the counter in Britain for a reason, and 5htp had a bad rap years ago and is not recommended by doctors. I have heard the truest concerns are about these chemicals in higher doses. Either way, I caution anyone using these chemicals on their own and especially combined. In my case the immediate benefit has outweighed the risks. But I will not stay on it for longer than a week, two most.

We have purchased these for a couple of years, usually from another vitamin type store and not online. This time by the time we had a third of the bottle left the pills started to smell toxic and like sewage. The smell was so bad that I could hardly open the bottle. I call the manufacturer, Pharma, and they told me that they would do nothing about the smell and they refused to give me any information about the product. Pharma's remedy was to call the Amazon store to return the product. Sorry Pharma, you lost me.
