My daughter is diagnosed with Aspberger's Syndrom and has not slept through the night except sporadically since she was born (she is 4 now). This stuff is a godsend!!!! We had been crushing the pill form and putting it into pudding to get it down her and then we found this. It has a pleasent sweet orange flavor that she loves and she willingly takes her 'night-night medicine' every evening about 30 minuets prior to bedtime. She is falling asleep easier and getting a sustained and more restful sleep through the night. We no longer have our days starting at 4:30 a.m. and she is sleeping fitfully through the night! She is much more pleasent in the mornings and not so whiny and demanding. It has created a night and day difference in her behaviors and our family life is getting better as well. I highly reccomend this to anyone who has a youngster that has sleep difficulties!

My son has ADHD and PDD-NOS and this helps him to calm down at night and go to sleep. I like this brand because the dispenser is 1 mg. I've tried other brands where I had to give him 4 drops just to get to 1 mg. That is tough for kids that have a hard time with taking medicine.

This melatonin works great for my kids and for me both. Most pill forms are in 1 mg or 3 mg or even higher dosages. My daughter only needs 1/3 of the dropper to be able to fall asleep and the liquid form works faster than the pills. The dosage is also more precise than me trying to cut up the little pills into thirds. Flavor is great too tastes good! We've bought this repeatedly and will continue to do so.
