Nutri-Health Sleep Wave Rest & Relax

I have tried MANY sleeping supplements and when I received this I was instantly intruiged because it referred to Delta waves. This is the sleep I have been trying to acheive for years. To me, it was very deceptive because 1. it didn't even relax me, much less help me sleep. I have been using it for two weeks now with no results. 2. The ingredients are much like all of the other herbal sleep aids out there. There is no clinical proof that any one (or combination of) the herb(s) can increase delta sleep. The ad was very misleading. It might work for people who have occassional insomnia or stress related sleeping problems. But for people who have difficulty getting quality DELTA (stage 3 and 4) sleep...this simply doesn't work.

I have tried many sleep aids and this one has helped the most. I never have trouble falling asleep, it's staying asleep that I have difficulty with. I usually wake up after 4 hours of sleep, then toss and turn for a good hour or two till I fall back asleep or get too frustrated and just get up. When I take 2 capsules of Sleep Wave at bedtime I would say that 90% of the time I sleep a solid 6-7 hours. If I do wake up, I quickly fall back asleep. It may not be perfect, but it's the best natural sleep aid I've found.

I sleep much better with this than without. Easier to fall asleep and good sound sleep. Only problem for me is it only lasts about 6 to 6 1/2 hours. Sometimes I combine with Benadryl for that extra hour on Saturday morning.
