I used this inflateable bed after shoulder surgery. I was able to position it at a variety of angles to get comfortable. I used a pillow to support my lower back where my bed and the inflateable met. I also put pillows under my knees. That helps with compfort and helps prevent sliding down the bed.This worked very well for me. It is much more comfortable than sleeping in a recliner and a lot better deal than renting a hospital bed or buying an adjustable bed.
