Out of desperation, I bought the Sleepguard headband six months ago. It wasn't long before I realized the other reviews were all fake. Not only the headband is not backed by any credible studies (look up "Bruxism" on Wikipedia) but it also has trouble detecting when you are really clenching your teeth. I wish I had known about the SleepGuard System earlier.
