I've been taking BE HOT for awhile now and as one who was frustrated by reading vague reviews, I thought I'd come back and share my experiences with you so that you'll know what you're getting from this product. So far I've been taking BE HOT for 40 days now and so far I've lost 12 lbs! That may not seem like much to most people but for someone who was barely able to lose 3 lbs, I was excited! This did not come without effort however. The firs tthing I noticed about this product is that it really doesn't come with any detailed instructions on how to take it. That's ok. I played around with it a little bit and discovered that I got better results if I took the red, pink and gold pill in the morning (before my first workout and just before breakfast) and then take the red and pink pill 8 hours later just before eating my lunch. As mentioned, I played around with it a bit so I also found out that if I took this any time within 8 hours before planning to go to bed I would find myself up until the wee hours of the morning so I would advise you not to take it within eight hours of going to sleep!
Energy boost without the jittery feeling The first thing you should know about this product is that even though you will feel a boost in energy, it probably won't be right away. For me, I felt the energy boost on the 2nd day. Even so, once you get the energy boost it will NOT be of the jittery variety (which I appreciate) but one where you'll feel like you can get a lot done in one day! If you're not already high energy or you're not a morning person, this will be a gem to you as you may notice that you're able to get up earlier and earlier without struggling which for me is a good thing.
Exercise and other efforts Another point worth noting is that this is not one of those products that you can take without exercising. I've read countless reviews from people who seem to believe that once they take a pill their pounds should magically melt away. As with most thermogenic weight-loss products, this product is meant to ASSIST you with your weight loss but not do the whole thing for you. When I took this I made sure that I ate the equivalent of 500 calories less than what my body burns in a day (for me this came out to be 1200 calories) and I spread those calories out throughout the day. I drank a lot of water (kept it at my desk )and even though I can't stand to drink water this product made me want to which was good and I also tried to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night for the sake a recuperation. As for working out, like the literature says if you take this while you're working out, it will enhance the fat burn. So even though you might think that you're only burning 300 calories you're really burning more. So the one thing I didn't have to do is work as hard as I would need to if I wasn't taking it. For instance, I didn't have to run 3 miles on the treadmill in order to lose weight. Instead I would WALK for 30 minutes on the treadmill at about 3.0 3.5 mph, go to work at my sedentary (desk) job and maybe I would do another half an hour after work (but sometimes I would skip that). Even with that small effort within two days I would usually see weight loss. This is not something that I could've done without this product. However, if I didn't do any exercise while taking this product then I didn't lose any weight so that's the point I'm trying to make. In order to get results from this product you do have to do some things for yourself. So here are-
THE PROS
* Energy boost without the jittery feeling you feel refreshed and energetic without feeling like you're going to jump out of your own skin!
* A more thorough supplement for the money Although it is advisable for you to take a multivitamin along with this product, it still provides a great deal for the money. There's a thermogenic pill for energy, a pill for definition and a pill for overall skin health. I've noticed more energy with the thermogenic, definition in my body from doing the simplest of exercises and I've noticed significant fat loss in my
ab area (which I attribute to the CLA in the product). I don't know too many products that would give you all of that at the same time!
* Pills are already separated by dosage You don't have to separate pills each morning and put it in your own container. All the pills you need to take that day are already separated in packs so all you have to do is grab a pack, drop it in your bag and go!
THE CONS
* If you don't exercise and you don't create a calorie deficit (which is pretty much many calories your body burns when you're resting minus 500 calories per day) you will not lose weight. Period.
* You will have to take five pills a day and two of the pills (the pink and gold ones) are pretty big.
When I purchased this at GNC it cost around 40 something dollars but with my GNC card it only cost me $35 for a month's supply. At the end of the first month I thought about what would happen if I bought these products separately (a thermogenic , Omega 3 pills and CLA) but I quickly realized that to buy all of them separately would cost more than if I just purchased the Be Well packs. So bottom line is that it's a pretty thorough product and I would recommend this to anyone who is already considering putting in the effort to lose weight.

I've always had a sensitivity to diet pills and energy enhancing products. I can't even take too many regular vitamins at one time. This pack is great. As long as you don't take them on an empty stomach (I take them with a protein shake in the morning) they will be good to you. I don't get the shakes or sickly. They don't make you crash like an energy drink. You should read the other reviews on GNC's site. They're not some miracle pillsyou still have to actually put forth effort if you want to see results. I noticed they were working after only a week. I was already working out and eating well before I started this product. It's doubled my ability to get in shape. Try it for yourself-

I love that this is a healthy approach to toning up. I agree that this is not an intense diet pill that will make you loose weight without diet and exercise. However I was doing diet and exercise and noticed more defined results when taking the "be hot" packs. Oddly, I rarely noticed a "burst of energy" and it didn't make me want more water. But I saw more dramatic results from my workout effort. I had a long enough lapse in between boxes to realize I do better taking these. I work out every other day but to me, there was no difference taking or not taking them on the non workout days, so I got in the habit of just taking them on the days I work out. I take other vitamins and fish oil too so this works out well for me and keeps my supply from dwindling faster. hope that helps someone =o)

I had been on Valium, Klonipin and xanax for almost 10 years, since my late teens, having to switch back and forth between benzos and upping the dosage because of tolerance.
